We stayed here for the unforgettable trip thanks to our nice hosts, Kong, and his incredibly kind family. The house is simple but tidy, and the place is in the best place to visit Han So National Park. The employees make your stay delightful by arranging all tours and transfers to your next visit. Kong is like no host he has ever seen in Thailand and works very hard to please the residents. The mother, Mama Nui, is also a really good cook.

If I ever return to Khan so, I would absolutely suggest it. I had a great time lately at the palmview resort, and I'd like to stay there again. However, the resort is a little further from the main road than some of the other places, only a short 10-minute walk from the main road, but that does mean it's a little more peaceful, with only the sounds of the rainforest around you. Keep in mind to bring a torch because the camp's path is not properly lit at night. We had a problem with our room at first, but the staff quickly resolved it. The room was spacious, with a nice bathroom and a beautiful terrace to sit and enjoy the evening. The hotel's restaurant was excellent, with a decent selection of food at a fair price.

Simple bungalows with mosquito nets. Good breakfast but extra cost. No extra excursions at reception at all, all centered around trekking through the lake and jungle. A quick walk to the center but difficult at night because it's a completely dark path.

Even though I only spent one night in one of the jungle bungalows, I think the accommodation is decent value for the money you pay. They are in a prime location, a short walk from the main road through a short cut, and around him if you take the main street recommended in the evening. The rooms are simple but equipped with a comfortable bed, mosquito net, fan, and a decent shower upon arrival. I initially reserved a one day excursion to Khan to the national park because the weather forecast wasnt exactly good but, finally, I opted to change at the last minute, and they were extremely friendly and willing to help. I was able to take a quick shower on their property after returning from my overnight trip to the national park and had to leave in a minivan that I had also booked through them for a very reasonable price. In addition, they also provide beverages and food between 7.00 and 8.00 am, and even have a real coffee maker. Pork or chicken are generally on the menu, but vegetarians can be made. Personally, I only found some fish shrimp on it.

I strongly recommend Palm View, and we would definitely stay there again if we visited Khan again. We chose the palmview and are happy we did. It is just a short trip through the village, only a five-minute walk, take a head torch if you intend to remain out after dark, we stayed in bungalow 14, which was big, had a great terrace, and had a good bathroom. The two-day, one-night trip was breathtaking. Although the accommodation on the lake is basic, it wakes you up in the morning to watch the sunrise and the forest rise. Khan so itself is a charming little village with a few decent bars and restaurants all at a reasonable price. We loved the jamanji bar down the village road and turning left 100 yards to the left. Try the Khan So Kamikaze Cocktail. The proprietor, Mr. Kong, is a very nice guy and would not let us leave with a hug overall, it's a lovely basic but characterful accommodation and a great setting. Besides that, it was so cheap, they obviously make their money from the excursions, and you can't go there without seeing the breathtaking lake.
