What a wonderful location this is, great owners who always grin and help. Except from wildlife, this location is quite quiet and serene just outside of town. Beautiful little huts with a tiny communal space where you can unwind in the morning and drink free tea, coffee, and biscuits. Sometimes bananas also. Great value for the money, with strong wifi, clean, spotless shared bathrooms with hot water. I reserved 3 nights and stayed 11. A great place to base yourself in pai, there are so many options for day trips, and even an overnight stay in Mae Hong Son I rented a scooter I love this place and its cats, and if I come back to pai and its amazing nature, this basic but beautiful natural location is where I will be.

We stayed here twice in January. The host was great to us. We stayed in open air huts. It gets quite cold at night but the blankets are heavy and the temperature is not a problem. The toilet and shower facilities were cleaned thoroughly every day. They have clean water all day to fill your bottle and offer coffee, tea, and snacks for breakfast. The location is nice as it is far enough away from the main road but still only a 10 minute walk.

I highly recommend these huts considering the cost. It was obviously simple, but it had a great family atmosphere and we were immediately welcomed into this family. The walk to town is also beautiful and the owners were very nice and helpful at every opportunity. They even upgraded our hut without changing the price due to construction work. Really ideal place for low-budget travelers looking to stay with lovely locals.

The best deal in Pak. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Even a free breakfast. The communal washrooms are sparkling clean so no washing machine in the room. We looked at many places before choosing the ok hut and we feel lucky to have found it.

I would highly recommend this place for those looking for some alone time. They provide free water all day and free coffee, tea, and bananas in the mornings. The location is close to the walking street and the city center, with many wonderful and welcoming residents. The bathroom is also always clean.

We did not end up making to this booking due to transportation delays. However, we read other reviews and were expecting a really great place! I would still love to give KK Huts another chance next time we are in the area.
