This is only a small property (good) the management do all they can to help in any way. All the fittings, sheets, pillows and decor are top quality. The area is good, close to the harbour and night markets. There are no lifts, and the stairs are steep...thats just how it is.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and speaks english well. The environment is comfortable, comfortable, relaxing, and there is a cafe shop right before the reception. The room has an adaptor and a hair dryer. Clean. Special point if you want to check in, they will help you carry your stuff no matter how heavy your luggage is. The staff are female! I felt so bad that i insisted to carry my own. Provide a list of attractions near the hotel for your own use, just need to return before checking out.

Its amazing! You wont be sorry to stay here. The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is designed in an industrial style, simple but nice, perfect for photoshooting. The first floor is the coffee shop and lobby, there are 8 rooms, no lift here, as it is redecorated from 2 shop houses. You can feel the welcoming staff, it was my best experience for this new year trip. Thank you all. If i visit hatyai again, i will definitely come back.

At first, you might not think this is the best hotel in hat yai, but it is unquestionably one of the best! The receptionist is friendly and welcoming, adapters are provided, and kettles are available upon request. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but please be aware that there is no elevator, so it may not be suitable for children or the elderly. 7-11 is accessible within walking distance. Lastminute booking made through application for the rm 150 per night.

I had a great experience staying at la Pause hatyai. The moment i checked into the hotel, i was made to feel at home. During checkin, the receptionist was very friendly and serviceoriented. She even went the extra mile to explain to me what the best food in the area is. The welcome drink and cold towel were a nice gesture in such a hot weather. I couldnt find any fault with the room because it exceeded my expectations. The hotels location was also good. Lee garden plaza is within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this particular hotel! Keep up the good work.

I recently had an amazing stay at la Pause hatyai! Kudos to the staff at la Pause. The staffs service was impeccable, from a warm welcome with a refreshing drink and cool towel to assistance with our luggage and a thorough explanation of the hotel. The guidebook for thai cuisine was a thoughtful touch, and the complimentary snacks, minibar, and daily refills added to the experience. The room was comfortable, exceptionally clean, and equipped with essentials like an adapter and hair dryer. Although there is no kettle in the room, borrowing one from reception was convenient. Remember there is no elevator, so be prepared for stairs. The lobby cafe is a delightful place with delicious cakes and drinks a musttry! Overall, it is a 5star service at a 2star price.

This place has a good location. The service is amazing. The room is very nice and clean. Love the design. They provide free soft drinks, water and snacks. The air conditioner makes noise. If not, i would give it 5 stars!.

The room is modern and nice. Looks good. The bathroom is a bit small. application said there was a bathtub but there was only a shower. The staff is great and the service is top notch. A bit of a walk from the lee garden area especially if it rains. Taxis dont like coming to this location though. Had to rely on grab a lot.

I had a short stay at la Pause hatyai as a connecting stop in kh lipe. My flight to hatyai got delayed, but the host was still friendly and helpful. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the architectural design. Also, the cafe in front of the hotel is great. They serve delicious coffee in town.

The room is spotless, with a cozy bed, fully functional air conditioning, hd tv, and wireless internet. The double looks are also worthwhile because the skilled eye for detail on the buildings and the uniform industrial finish across all the inhouse amenities. The entire staff provides impeccable service, going above and beyond to arrange transportation or recommend local spots. Additionally, how many places can boast a cafe right outside your front door?.

I will definitely return and highly recommend anyone visiting this place to stay at la Pause hatyai. They have a very helpful team that goes out of their way to meet your needs and problems, whether you are an inhouse guest or a guest who has checked out for days! As an inhouse guest who stayed over on Sunday when almost all shops are closed in hatyai - they pulled out all resources and contacts to help me with leather jacket tailoring. The lead time was very short as i had to leave the next morning. They got it done. When i encountered an accident as a guest, they agreed to help me without hesitation and prioritized my wellbeing with consideration. The hotel is very clean and beautifully designed. The location is convenient. Everything about la Pause hatyai is nothing but amazing!

Excellent service. The entire team is welcoming and accommodating. The room is cozy and tidy. If you want to go somewhere outside of walking distance, the staff will assist you in calling for a taxi service from tuttut. A nice chocolate drink is also available at the cafe. Its a cozy spot to hang out.
