You get what you pay for, good price for meh. Air conditioning not very effective in max cooling mode my room is still 33 c outside 36 oc - after showering water is everywhere but rats love this place. I named the rat Johnny, so be friendly to your neighbors. Positivities clean rooms a very friendly service.

The location is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable even the small ones. Very helpful staff. Recommended 3 minutes from the hotel. The best noodles in chiang mai - blue noodles.

By thai standards, it is quite clean! I recommend the secondfloor rooms over the first floor rooms as well as the two single beds which have more comfortable beds. I stayed there twice. Good location. How you find it really depends on what room you are given, so i recommend staying in the 2 single bed room on the third floor for friends, not the queen bed that ive slept in as much.

This hotel is very good, clean, friendly, convenient and reasonably priced. I have to laugh at the bad reviews here. Complaints that it is not a palace, no full breakfast, construction nearby, room i was pleasantly surprised. This is hardly recomended. Who pays 2 prices and expects 5 service.

The proprietor or manager is incredibly competent and supportive. The place is spotless. We appreciate leaving the shoe policy in place. My room has a lovely view of trees, which makes me nostalgic for my hometown. It is quite affordable. All amenities and temples are also within walking distance. Thank you. From ms. This is a simple hotel. The room is small but clean. There are friendly staff. Mirror in the room would be nice. No sprinklers and smoke detectors. Access to the hotel is only through incredibly narrow alleys, so its difficult to get out.

A lovely hotel that is tucked away from everything but close to all the attractions, restaurants and markets. You must remove your shoes, but they provide slippers for you to wear. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is free and water is provided daily.

The room conditions are clear. And then, the location is great, and the price is reasonable for a duo traveler. After that, theres no problem communicating in english. Subsequently, they dont have any problem with low water pressure and timing for hot water.

My husband and i stayed here for one night and were pleased with our stay! Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only downside is that it was a bit noisy at night. We would stay here again!.

During our threeday trip to chiang mai, our stay was quite pleasant. My companion and i thoroughly enjoyed our spotless and secure stay there each day after a strenuous walk. We both relished it.

The staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is very central. It was very dark and occasionally very cold depending on the room we stayed in. Bed covers were stained (this needs attention). The bed was extremely hard as in most places, and the pillows here were also hard. Hot water wasnt always hot enough. There is a 711 nearby and he few restaurants. Overall, we were pleased with its cleanliness and facilities but not happy with the accommodation.

The only negative thing is that there is no lift at the hotel. After, the employees were helpful and kind. Subsequently, everything was great with the room. Hereupon, its a fantastic price. Thereupone, this place has incredibly good location.

There are no shoes inside, which is an interesting scenario for a hotel without an elevator, and the top floor is quite hot in the evenings. However, the staff is wonderfully sweet and very accommodating.
