Fantastic stay. Would definitely stay again. Place was huge. 2 big pools amazing view from where we were. Right next to all amenities. 2 mins from the beach. Very clean the biggest bed. Great shower. Free water and tea and coffee every day

Lovely bungalows..staff so friendly and welcoming..only there for two nights before island hopping..not much to do except beach in surrounding area..if brave enough rent a bike..

Le seul regret est le nombre de touristes, bien plus que les thailandais .... il y a 1 plage magnifique et gratuite avec quasiment personne en bas de l'ile juste avant le parc national, a voir absolument.

We loved having our own little bungalow at Lanta Manda! They cleaned our room everyday and replaced the towels or sheets as needed. The front desk staff was very friendly, courteous, and super helpful, willing to help us book ferries and trips but didn't push anything on us. We were a 2 minute easy walk to the beach, it was so peaceful being away from the beach and crowds and made our resort even more exclusive because we didn't have random people from the beach coming in. There were two pools for us to use and they were both gorgeous. The bathroom was huge and the water pressure and temperature was perfect. Wifi was fast and strong. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants on site because there were so many right nearby that we wanted to try that had amazing reviews. We were very sad to leave Koh Lanta and Lanta Manda in particular, we hope to back back someday!

Wij verbleven hier net na nieuwjaar. Het hotel is ideaal voor kleine kinderen en zit dan ook vol met gezinnen. Het personeel is vriendelijk maar blijft eerder op de achtergrond. Alle vrijstaande huisjes liggen aan een verkeersvrije weg met een stukje tuin voor en hebben een ruim terras vooraan met licht waarop je 's avonds nog wat kan napraten terwijl je kindje slaapt. Beneden aan de verkeersvrije weg ligt een groot en ruim restaurant (hoort niet bij het hotel maar dat kun je niet zien) met heel lekker Thais en Westers eten en veel grote en kleine gloednieuwe kinderspeeltuigen (glijbaan, schommel, tuinhuisje, grote bakken speelgoed, alles op zachte matten ...) waarin de kinderen kunnen spelen terwijl de ouders rustig eten. Het personeel is er supervriendelijk en dol op kinderen. In het restaurant hebben ze kinderstoeltjes van Ikea. Opgelet, bij het ontbijt van het hotel hebben ze geen kinderstoeltjes. Schuin over het hotel (met een vrij drukke weg tussen waar kinderen niet alleen op mogen) ligt een 7-Eleven en een plaatselijk hospitaal, en naast de 7-Eleven is een goed uitgeruste apotheek met een apotheker die goed Engels praat en deskundig advies geeft voor alle mogelijke vakantiekwaaltjes. Het hotel heeft twee zwembaden, een beneden dat ideaal is voor kleine kinderen en een boven dat eerder geschikt is om te zonnen en baantjes te trekken. De wifi in onze kamer (nr. 123) was sterk genoeg om probleemloos Netflix te kijken.

The Lanta Manda made our week a very rememberable one apart from the chalets being clean and well fitted (wonderful pillows for example!) the staff and the hotel manager are really friendly and take that extra step (without asking for it!) to make their guests happy. From buying our son pencils and markers so that he could draw, till a birthday present when they found out it was his birthday, we'll never forget this place and hope to someday come back for another week of stress free lazying around the pool with our son. I would highly recommend this this resort and this area of Koh Lanta loads of bars to chose from *more than in Saladan!*, a great choice of restaurants, something for everybody and if you're travelling with kids, check out Patty's secret garden.. filled with toys, parents get some time for themselves ... :)

- Very clean and well maintained. Two very nice pools. - Nice sized bungalows on a tree lined street with a front and back porch. Rooms serviced daily. - Super friendly, customer service oriented staff. - Close to the beach (5 minute walk), 7/11 across the street and some good restaurants nearby.

This property is in a good position close to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. The rooms are well set out and private. The staff were polite and helpful. My only criticism is the air conditioners were very old and needed the filters replacing or at the least cleaning as they made the rooms smell musty and unhealthy. overall good value for the money.
