Starting with the positives, the restaurant and bar staff are a very friendly bunch even if they are not the most efficient, the food can be good but be sure to ask for brown toast. Then the less good, reception very businesslike, in other words inflexible, no credit cards, only cash, where the nearest atm is 5 minutes away, can you let baby and toddler in the room while I walk up to get money? No, 36 degrees, so sit in the car with aircorn running while I walk because it would take twice as long to drive. Rooms are basic and need updating but adequate if advertised prices are available, but they are not, room not cleaned for the three days there. Reception closes at eight and they tell you straight that any problem will not be attended to until the next day. Pools are clean but there is no shade, far too exposed during the day. Not a lot of parking unless you have a scooter. Drink prices can be a little over the top, iced coffee and such are approximately four times street prices, beer only about double, and cocktails are just the usual overpriced. Never try to pay at reception, always book through an agency, as they will try to get every penny. Overall poor value for money, good view at sunset, little sand but plenty of rock, nice staff, some just businesslike. This is my first

There's nothing to do in the immediate area and with an easy-to-buy hacked ride in a pickup truck, there is a lot to see and do. I experienced a perfect experience because of this beachfront location, the friendly service, and the stunning restaurant facing the beach that's just an inch away. Two swimming pools, one with an ocean view. Even though the rooms were basic, it doesn't take away from the great experience. We took some island trips from here, which led us to an island vacation and there isn't much to do there.

I visited in December before and had a fantastic time! However, I went again in the off-season and thought it would be quieter because the restaurant bar was closed, the massage area was a construction site, and the pool was filthy with green slime on the bottom. Despite the size and cleanliness of the room, it was nice and tidy with decent security. It's great to rent a bike from a nearby location to explore the island. I thought this hotel's bar was a fantastic setting for the sunset, but sadly, it was also a construction site. We were advised to use the pool and facilities next door.

We didn't choose this accommodation right away because we were going from grab to Oh Sansa that morning. We reserved another beach because we had friends who stayed next door at Blue Adamant and liked the location, however, San Francisco New Beach was cheaper at the time and looked just as good. We ended up loving this accommodation and thought it was a little gem, stayed for 4 days and could have stayed longer. The hotel is on the beach, the position is excellent! 2 swimming pools to choose from. There is a restaurant and bar attached, serving meals and drinks all day with a lovely view of the beach. The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. We bought ferry tickets and scooters from the Guy next door at the reception, who was fairly friendly and helpful. Small restaurant called Danny is about 2 minutes away and serves delicious food and service at an incredible price. The restaurant called the 3 sisters, is also recommended. Rent a scooter or hop aboard a bus and explore the island, oh santa old town is charming. Great location is only a 15-minute drive from Saladin Ferry Terminal. The room was clean and flowers were left on our bed and in the bathroom upon arrival which was a lovely touch. Overall a great location with excellent accommodations and recommended by us.
