This place is not recommended for other travelers or us to go back to this location. In fact, we stayed in a pool suite for 10 days, and it was fantastic. The hotel is a hiding place, so there are no nearby stores or cities, which was fantastic for us! The beach is 20 meters from the motel and is reached by a private bridge. We had a private pool in our room, and it was well worth the additional cost. However, the housekeeping didn't matter. Every day, housekeeping cleaned the room, and two days when we were in the room because there were other activities. Several clothing was stolen from my wife's luggage over these two days. In my wife's luggage has been stolen twice. This is unacceptable for us, and this is the only reason we do not advise other travelers or other guests to return to this location. The front desk staff was only sorry when we reminded them about it, but it was ignored at checkout. Make sure to secure your luggage when you leave your room if you intend to stay there.

The hotel is conveniently located far from the island of pocket and offers pleasant peace and quiet, but it is not recommended for tourists looking to explore the island because the taxi is too expensive. Many complimentary activities are offered by the hotel. The staff is the main asset. They always take care of us, they are all very polite, helpful, and caring. The hotel was very beautiful when it opened, but unfortunately, it is sadly in dire need of maintenance. I do not recommend it to young children since certain locations may be dangerous. I still had a great time.

To avoid the expense crowd, we decided to book this location on a weekend with the family. We were told there were only two remaining rooms reserved for these two nights when we arrived, so it was undoubtedly a success in this regard. Only five people already reserved! The front desk is unorganized and disorganized in the first glance. Because there are a lot of open rooms, we were told that we must wait hymns to be given the rooms. We had no problem getting in right away after asserting. The accommodations are nicely furnished and have lovely sea views. We requested to replace one of them with a broken air conditioner, which we requested to repair. They were swift to come to examine it and promptly informed us that it was resolved. We had to demand extra fans to get a cool room since it never was. The 101-room room was meant to be their best and to offer you a private pool, but as a result, they confined you there and you cannot use the rest of the resort. Shame. The shoreline and pool were empty. Nothing was really maintained, and everyone tried to resist it, despite their apparent lack of training. Many took some clever measures to provide us with drinks by the pool. People tried to make do with the meals, despite their apparent inexperience. One of them appeared to notice my daughter liking a piece of silverware during supper, and when she left,

The hotel is unquestionably spectacular and beautiful, the ideal location for holidays. The staff is really friendly, and the complimentary breakfast offers numerous regional and international options. The price we paid for breakfast included a chance to borrow bicycles for free, along with a kayak, a gym, and bicycle tours to certain temples. Talking about the amenities of the room, I must say that the bed was amazing, very comfortable, and the bathtub as well as the shower were lovely. Our accommodation was on the first floor, and we had access to our private jacuzzi pool, which is connected to the main pool. As for the locals, it is important to note that the hotel is not in pocket. It is located in a province, between Grab and Pocket, which gives you the chance to visit the national park of Hang na, where the James Bond islands are accessible. We advise driving there, as there are no bus stations nearby, and taking taxis might be quite costly.
