Felt like staying with family! Excellent host took very good care of us, from picking us up at the airport for free to getting us tickets to our next destination. The room had everything we needed, and laundry service was done same day. The breakfast is basic, but the value of this property given its great location by old town is excellent even without breakfast.

Very helpful and friendly staff, great location, large number of restaurants and tour agencies around the corner, very quiet and safe. The room very large, clean, cool A/C, hot water, TV with many English channels.

Las señoras que nos atendieron fueron súper lindas, una de ella nos preparaba con mucho ánimo nuestro desayuno, la otra señora me ayudó a arreglar mis pantalones que estaban muy largos y eran sumamente amables, aunque no hablaban nada de inglés haha. Nos encantó lo cálido que es el lugar.

Kami menginap selama 2 hari di guest house ini, sambutannya sangat bagus, pemiliknya sangat baik dan membantu. Namun, kamar benar-benar meninggalkan sesuatu yang diinginkan (kotoran di kamar mandi, pergantian air panas dengan air dingin), kecoa di kamar. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk sambutan.

The rooms are simple and clean, with a decent reception area. Excellent location from the main road to take a taxi. Not all the service staff speak english, but its easy to find whatever you need nearby cab, laundry, restaurants, 7-11, tour agencies.

Although the location is a bit sparse, the place has a small balcony and a writing desk. A little pricey for the caliber of the accommodation, but its in a great location off the main road. If youre polite, the owner is a lovely woman who will give you free travel advice.

Nice place to stay for a few days. Our room was very clean and spacious. Enough space for all your luggage and a mini fridge. A big plus was the free breakfast and pickup from the airport.

We booked a room for 2 nights but ended up staying for a week. The room was clean, spacious and had great wifi. The lady owner is very friendly, helpful and gives good information about chang mai. Great location close to all the bars, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the night market.

I ended up arriving in Chiang Mai a day early, and the hotel I had reserved at barn mi guest house was already booked at the last minute. Since I was arriving late, I was a little concerned that they might not be ready to check me in, but I sent them a note the next morning, and they responded, No problem, they would stay up for me. The room was simple and clean, and it had a clean bathroom with enough shelving space to put out my toiletries. The bathroom felt really clean, and there wasn't a sense of moldy or old at all, something I used to experience in many hotels in south east Asia, including the higher end ones I stayed at. The room itself was spacious, with a really large refrigerator not just a mini bar size fridge, a table and chair to put out my stuff, and a small table and chair. I don't remember if there were closets. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. I really believe that for the price, you can't beat it, and the family who ran it was very nice! They also have a washing machine you can use for 40 baht and detergent for another 10 baht. I washed my clothes in bed and put them out to dry no dryer, and by rp even my cotton socks were dry! Guest house ini terletak sangat bagus, 5 menit dari Thapae Gate dan 5 per 10 menit berjalan kaki dari pasar. Terawat dengan baik. Keluarga sangat ramah dan membantu. I can recommend Suosittelen Lampimasti. The apartment was clean, affordable, and in a good location. Close to everything but still peaceful. The laundromat worked well and we didn't try any other service. One of the people we met spoke good English, but everything worked so well.

I can recommend this place. Its in a good location, close to everything but still quiet. The laundry worked well, we didnt try any other services. The only person we met spoke good english, but everything worked well. The price is affordable.
