Overall, nice place to stay compared to the typical hotels, and if paired with the right yoga provider Hangman Yoga Tammy is highly recommended the stay is pleasant and enjoyable. A good place to have a yoga retreat, with a setting that is distinctly reminiscent of tranquil rural life. The main city center may be distant, however. The owners were kind enough to let us use the bikes for free, allowing us to cycle to the closest town, which was about 20 minutes away by bicycle. If you are not a vegan fan the food could be a problem, but overall the spread was excellent.

This place is very suitable for my 5 day yoga, meditation, and wellness retreat. This Mala Dharma eco resort is very beautiful and unique. I was surprised at how wonderful the villas are. Plus, the food is beautiful, with tons of flavor, color, and texture. After that, I went for an outdoor soak in a sizable hot spring nearby. Then, I go for yoga and meditation while seeing rice fields and swimming in the saltwater pool. Following that, the personnel's friendly and professional attitude made me feel at home. The best thing is their professionalism, especially with Ploy and her team's kindness and generosity. They truly care about their customers and have such compassion towards their visitors. They are so much and are so quiet and kind. Yet, it's rare that someone like them embodies so many of these qualities.

Fantastic, nice place, nice people I need to live there, in the countryside away from city. The food is great and the fun way to scout buffalo again. I can't wait to visit buffalo again one day

My partner and I decided to spend our last two days in Thailand, and it was our last chance to have a private yoga session. The Mala Dharma architecture intrigued us. Each house is distinct in its style. We slept in a Mala Villa and fell in love with each and every detail of the interior design. Remember, the amazing food at the Kin dee Restaurant is not to mention it. We visited in march 2017, which was considered a low session and we were the only guests there. We feel like we reserved the entire place solely for ourselves. Lovely pool for swimming and socializing. It was wonderful to take two private yoga classes with ploy! Take every moment as it were.
