I stayed here in march 2018. I stayed here for about two weeks and they put me in the resident section of the hotel. This was basically a 70 square meter two bedroom apartment without a full kitchen. I thought it was great but the walls are very dirty and a bit disgusting. The other thing is the ac in the bedroom makes noise when it is on. It didnt bother me at all while sleeping but some people would not be able to deal with it. They have a swimming pool but only gets sunshine for about 1 and 1/2 hours a day so not great for me. All the staff were helpful and friendly and if i come back to chiang mai i will stay here again.

Will definitely stay here again on future visits to chiang mai. A great hotel at a reasonable price. Nice location with easy access to the old town. The room was clean with a large bed and shower area. The staff and housekeeping were excellent. Very friendly and always helpful.

I will probably use it again. The location is good. The price is about 1100 baht per night, which is quite good value for money, but i wouldnt pay more. The outside and lobby area look like a 4star hotel. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, but the floors need refurbishment. Tv screens are too small. The shower temperature is impossible to adjust, either cold or very warm. The pool needs a new filtration system, the water is milky. Quiet area though. Near night markets.

Sayang sekali hotel ini sudah tua. Kolam renangnya bagus tapi tidak terawat. Gymnya juga begitu. Saunanya rusak. Bangunan utama hotel lebih nyaman dibandingkan 2 bangunan tambahan yang sangat rusak. Sarapannya layak dengan pilihan tetapi stafnya tidak merata.

Hotel ini sangat memperhatikan para tamunya. Ketika saya mengetahui bahwa ada keluarga Thailand dan anak-anak kecil yang tinggal bersama mereka. Siapkan bubur untuk sarapan dan segera tambahkan, stafnya ramah dan banyak bicara. Beri sambutan hangat. Makanan enak, kopi enak, lokasi elegan. Parkir nyaman. Namun, ada beberapa saran: Di beberapa kamar, pintu kamar dan pintu kamar mandi rapat. Suara keras saat buka dan keluar, sulit untuk membuka tutup, sprei bau apek yang mengganggu tidur (1 dari 3 kamar). Ada cukup banyak serangga di kolam renang. Tidak cocok untuk dimainkan. Hotel ini sangat memperhatikan para tamunya. Ketika saya mengetahui bahwa ada keluarga Thailand dan anak-anak kecil yang tinggal bersama mereka. Siapkan bubur untuk sarapan dan segera tambahkan, stafnya ramah dan banyak bicara. Berikan sambutan hangat.

Good clean hotel within walking distance to everything. I booked this through application and we stayed on the boutique side which is more budget oriented. Not sure if it was application or the hotel but the room we got did not have a window to the outside and that was not specified on the booking. We didnt spend much time in the room but this could be a problem for some people. Breakfast was worth the money with all the basics and lunch dishes. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. No complaints really except the lack of windows should be specified at the time the hotel is booked. The gym was under repair while we were there.

To be honest, the hotel is old, but ive stayed here every year for seven or eight years. I still believe it is important that the hotel is clean and the surrounding area is convenient. Overall, it is good. I can sleep by the pool all afternoon.

Despite being old, the property is wellmaintained. The air conditioners effectiveness and the temperature and quantity of water in the shower are both satisfactory. Moreover, there is a parking lot available. There is no noise emanating from the surrounding area. Overall, i highly recommend this place.

Secara keseluruhan, bangunannya layak dan tidak ada yang spesial dari ruangan itu. Ketika kami tiba, ruangan itu "digigit" oleh banyak nyamuk saat kami tiba. Ada pilihan kualitas atau harga, tetapi saya harus mengatakan bahwa hotel ini lebih cocok untuk pelanggan oriental yang sedikit permintaan, terutama dalam sarapan yang buruk baik dalam pilihan maupun kualitas makanannya. Staf tidak terlalu sopan dan tersenyum dibandingkan dengan standar Thailand. Tidak direkomendasikan untuk orang yang menuntut!

Anda selalu memiliki 2 botol minuman hotel yang selalu tersedia di atas meja atau di minibar. Saya menyarankan agar segera setelah Anda masuk ke kamar, Anda memasukkannya ke dalam lemari es sehingga Anda memiliki sesuatu yang segar untuk diminum di sore atau malam hari. Sarapan bervariasi dan internasional, cukup untuk memenuhi selera semua tamu hotel. Kolamnya indah dan terletak di lantai beberapa kursi (kurang dari 10), tetapi ada juga pemandian Turki dan sauna. The old city can be reached on foot from this place. Its quiet and conveniently located away from the bustle of the old town. Although a little antiquated, the room is clean. There is plenty of parking available.

Meskipun bangunannya sudah tua, namun masih terawat dengan baik. Tidak ada masalah dengan efisiensi AC serta suhu dan volume air pancuran. Terdapat tempat parkir dan tidak ada kebisingan di sekitar. Sangat direkomendasikan.
