The best part of this hotel is the very affordable rate. The hotel is ideally located in Kanchanaburi. It was a major blackout during our visit. However, it also gave us a better chance to be near nature. The room is roomy. The pool is spacious and pleasant. There is a lot of space in the hotel for any activities. The restaurant's cuisine is a drawback, it is rather limited and plain. The location is surprisingly remote from the city.

I enjoyed the comfort of this resort, the location is close to the local attractions, and in the beautiful environment. The breakfast served is also a good one. The wifi in the room was weak. The resort staff are friendly, but their English is limited. The breakfast is also good.

The place is suitable for families and couples who love to unwind amid the mountains, rivers, and fresh air, away from city life, and for large groups and company events. The transportation from Bangkok to the conference area takes some time, though the travel from Bangkok takes around 4 hours. The meeting room's air conditioner has to be upgraded because of the aging. On a raft, there are a variety of rooms, whether single or multiunit in one. You must bring your own shampoo and hair conditioner because there aren't any in the room.

I got the hotel via website. This hotel seems nice and a bit luxurious but in my opinion, it's completely different when we arrive. It just seems that the reception staff are kind and willing to assist. The restaurant was good. Staff rating is 210. I don't care about my attitude as the restaurant staff does. Never again!

อาหารเช้าโรงแรมอร่อยมาก มีบริกรบริการให้ ไม่ต้องเดินตักเอง กินได้ไม่จำกัด แนะนำให้พักในแพ เพราะตอนเช้าตื่นมาคุณจะได้เห็นหมอกสวยๆ และอากาศสดชื่นมาก แต่ห้องในแพไม่กันเสียงนะ ไปเป็นกลุ่มจะสนุกมาก แต่ถ้าไปแค่ 2 คน แนะนำให้พักที่ด้านบนโรงแรมดีกว่า

มีสระว่ายน้ำเด็กผู้ใหญ่แยกกัน แต่สระน้ำร้อนไปเช็คอินตอนบ่าย ใช้ไม่ได้ เหมือนไม่ได้ดูดน้ำร้อนมา แต่เช้ามาใช้ได้ อุ่นๆ ไม่ร้อนมาก ตามทางเดินมีใบไม้ร่วงเยอะมาก ไม่เห็นมีคนกวาดทำความสะอาด พนักงานที่ดูแลต้อนรับ โอเคค่ะ อัธยาศัยดี
