After I had an accident, the team went completely above and beyond to ensure I was safe and okay. The manager, Katy, showed a level of kindness that was truly heartwarming—she even came to the hospital just to check up on me.I would highly recommend this hotel, as the manager Katy and her staff really do care about their guests. This level of genuine compassion is rare, and it proves you are truly looked after here. A big thank you to Katy and all her staff. They deserve a truly highest rating of 5 stars for their incredible service.

Paid £30 per room per night for bed and breakfast. The hotel is at the mid point of Pattaya beach. The hotel itself is just off the main road. Our room was a deluxe sea view room but unfortunately did not have a balcony. No problem though it had a table and chairs in front of large windows with a great ocean view. There are rooms with balconies around the pool if you want to book those. There are lots of bars and restaurants around in the vicinity. Our favourite was the sportsman’s bar. Great food and staff. Breakfast at the hotel was ok. If you are western and didn’t like Thai food, then there was toast, ham, sausage salad, fruits etc and you can asked them to make fried or scrambled eggs. There was also plenty of juice and coffee. Overall and please bear this in mind. For the price paid the hotel was great value for money. If you are expecting 5 star facilities etc then book the Hilton. But if you want a cheap holiday I would absolutely recommend and go back to this hotel.

Harganya terjangkau, bersih, dikelilingi oleh tanaman hijau dan dekat dengan semua aktivitas. Saya pasti akan merekomendasikannya. Saya sarankan untuk memesan kamar di dua lantai di sekitar kolam renang. Kolam renang dapat diakses pada malam hari. Staf sangat membantu dan ramah.

Lovely older style hotel. Fabulous pool area and rooms are large and very comfortable. A room over looking the pool is best option. Quiet and 10min walk to Walking Street and the main shopping centres. Great value.Safe for kids and families. Could have stayed a month

ホテル自体はくたびれた感じがありますが、家族連れやカップル、一人旅どのシチュエーションにも合っていると思います。プールは広いし、ビーチも近いし、朝食も大変満足が行くものでした。アメニティが少ないですが、私の場合はいつも持参しますので、気にはならないです。作りが古いので、壁は薄いです。ドアの鍵は今どき珍しいノブのタイブなので、外出時はフロントに預けた方が良いです。芝生や緑も多くとても癒されます。次も利用したいと思います。

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla ja rauhallisessa paikassa. Huone oli uima-altaan puolella maan tasolla, joka on mielyttävä ympäristö viettää lomaa. Huone oli hyvässä kunnossa ja siisti. Henkilökunta oli mukava ja hyvää palvelua sain heiltä.

Older hotel at great location. Dated but great service and they do the basics right like cleaning, good beds, soft linens, ok breakfast and ok pool. Close to bars and restaurants as well as the 10 baht buses.
