The location is close to restaurants, stores, and mini-arts stores. The place is nice and it comes with its location near the beach, massage parlors, barspubs, massage parlors, and many other good restaurants. I rented a shared minivan from the airport which will take me right to this area. The owner, in her gracious manner, gave me the free upgrade to a larger room. The room is spacious and spotless, with air conditioning, fridge, kettle, toaster, comfy bed, a shower, towel, and a balcony. She provides a lot of information and takes care of the entire facility. I hope she can find a new friend soon.

The owner was very friendly and kind, plus the location is quite strategic. Very nice experience. The room was clean, equipped with wifi and air conditioning, and the wifi was okay.

I would strongly recommend it. My spouse and I spent three nights there. Every day, we were given a new towel and two bottled water. The air conditioning was excellent. It was a welcome change in the towels. Beach towels and beach buddies can be used for free. Beach code. There are numerous bars and restaurants close, but it appeared quieter than the other end of Baron Beach. We did stroll there, but it wasn't worth the $200 tub that we could use. It was run by a friendly lady. We had a private bathroom, a safe, and air conditioning. The only thing to note would be that we had reserved a standard double room. She advised a major upgrade when we arrived because she thought it was too small. When we looked at the room we had reserved, there wasn't enough space to move our two backpacks on the floor. I made the decision to invest the additional 100 b per night and upgrade to a bigger room that was two sides despite being on the opposite side.

I adore this location, and my usual lodgings were fully booked. However, as fate would have it, I discovered a treasure and her lovely guesthouse. On the dates I wanted, I was given the last room available, and thankfully! I had a queen studio on the first floor, which included two rooms and two queensize beds, a comfortable bathroom off one of the rooms, a kitchenette, and a balcony. There is also a spacious refrigerator. To be quite honest, I felt like I was in my own apartment! Being alone, I was spoiled, but this would be a great room for a family because the kitchen allows you to prepare your own breakfast. I spent a lot of money on bread, milk, coffee, and cornflakes, so I could do it. There are no bowls, but a pitcher of cornflakes will do. The guesthouse is in a good position, close to all bbd restaurants, 711, and fruit shops. The beach is a 5-minute stroll away. Stay at a mens place.

I would highly recommend this 100-night stay. I spent six nights here. Compared to other bars, this place is quite affordable. The bed and room were both excellent. The bathroom and air conditioning were both spotless. Every day, the room is cleaned and fresh water is provided. Because it is in a small alley and is a brand-new location, it can be a little challenging for drivers to find it. It is very close to restaurants and beaches. Also nearby are the 11 on the main road, which is cheaper than the beach supermarkets.
