We enjoyed our stay here more than expected. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the overall space felt welcoming. The location was good and made it easy to explore the area. Lets start with the positives. The room is very modern, spacious, and stylish. We booked a twobedroom apartment with three full bathrooms. This is great if you are traveling with a group. The room could be improved by lowering the bar height to hang clothes and by putting a shelf above it to store things. There was no fulllength mirror or dresser with drawers for clothes, socks, underwear, etc. The shower drainage stopped draining after a few days. The staff only cleans the room every three days. What sense does this make if we cant flush the toilet? The hotel is relatively new and can add these small items to make customers more comfortable. I also want to thank the staff for responding so quickly on fb messenger. The written english was very good and they seemed very customer focused. Now on to the negatives. The name boutique hotel is very misleading. This place is more like a selfservice apartment. The staff did their best to help with questions about the city map, sightseeing brochures, etc. The hotel does not have any of these information readily available. The hotel should closely link itself to the tourism group to better support customers who are here for sightseeing. There is a cabinet above the kitchen counter and it would be great if the hotel could store additional coffee mugs there. We had to even go to our room to bring the coffee mugs from there to the breakfast area. There is no salt and pepper. There is no white sugar. We bought all of this ourselves and left them in the kitchen. Breakfast is a bit of a problem. The rooms were great but not enough for me to book this hotel again. The front desk staff do their best, but their spoken english and understanding are not as good as their written english. I expected more and was disappointed in the quality of service at the hotel.

Sangat direkomendasikan! Bagi orang Indonesia yang hanya ingin sebentar menjelajahi wisata ganja, tempat ini sangat strategis. Pemilik Ibu Kost-nya sangat ramah. Makanan ringan gratis, nastar yang enak, dan akses ke MRT juga tidak terlalu jauh. Sangat nyaman berjalan kaki.

Lokasinya strategis dan dekat dengan pusat kota. Ada 7- 11 toko serba ada di lantai bawah. Suasananya sangat nyaman. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah bau kotoran di kamar terlalu menyengat. Saya sarankan Anda untuk turun untuk membeli aromaterapi atau deodoran. Secara keseluruhan, ini cukup bagus.
