Excellent location but the bed was too hard. Bed too hard, however. Great location. Nice room and very clean. The staff speaks little English so is not helpful if you need information. The seafood restaurants near the sea are really easy to find. There are restaurants around the resort all day long.

In Cha Am, we stayed at the Nirundorn Resort, which is situated across the street from the beach. For their deluxe beachfront room with a balcony and free wifi, we spent 100 baht per night. This room was excellent for taking in all the street and beach activity. Thais generally come to this hotel and they have an excellent booking system. As the receptionist is out on the footpath, you just pull up alongside your car and they will give you a poster with images of the various rooms. If you enjoy them, you then drive into their parking lot, grab the keys, and get on with your way. No passport, names, etc. Our room was quite contemporary and had many opening windows, large flat-screen televisions, tea and coffee-making amenities, and a nice bathroom. We liked it here, but I have to say the room was extremely noisy, you could hear every bike or car passing by. However, we stayed for four nights as we really enjoyed Cha Am so much. A 711 and an ATM are also close by and accessible around-the-clock.

The nice rooms with good price. The location is also strategic, close to the beach. Many nice restaurants surround this hotel. The room was large, with a garden view, but the door was directly outside, so I felt a bit unsecure. The hotel amenities were very minimal. But, there is a free parking area.

I would like to make the point that I am reviewing Narundorn 3. A truly awful location, used largely by Thais, and theyre welcome there. The fact that it is 100 yards from the beach is the only good thing. During our stay in December 2013, the two neighbouring resorts were undergoing construction work, which resulted in drilling and banging noises from am rp each day. When we complained to the staff, they merely shrugged and said that they frequently leave at rp. The room was spotless, but the bathroom was filthy. No breakfast was offered, and probably just as much. Avoid like the plague. Daily rates are 100 baht, but on a Friday 1800 baht was not the best value.

Room was nice,clean & beautiful Hotel situation very good on the beach. Swimming pool little faraway but nice Breakfast was not so good. Instant coffee in paper cup, no fresh milk and Juice in plastic mug. This kind of hotel price group it is not Acceptable Weird, because i had capsule coffee machine in my room ? Shame because hotel staff had warm and welcoming service attitude and everything else was so good

A hotel with drunk Thai people. Thais from Bangkok on a bender drinking from 11am to midnight, singing loudly, playing loud music and in general having a ball. I lasted 3 nights at this hotel before I left. The grumpy reception lady wanted a deposit before even lifiting a finger to check me in, and did not speak much english. Breakfast was included in the price, but nobody told me where to get it. Finally they offered breakfast in-room, but the offering consisted of Thai porridge - inedible to me. Cleaning finally shifted the sheets on day 3, after I complained about it. The room offered was not seaside, but half a block inland. The hotel clearly list itself as a seaside resort - so, bummer... The hotel has a small pool, but when there were over 50 people in the pool, screaming kids everywhere, I don't much see the point. I don't mind a party, but not every day from 11am to midnight. I will never come back to this property, which is why I checked out after 3 nights. Never coming back here!
