We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service provided was truly delightful. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, and the food served was of the highest caliber in pattaya. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all indians, especially considering the abundance of indian restaurants in the area.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my friends family. The location and rooms are good. Checkin processes take too long and the lobby is very uncomfortable. But after check in everything is fine. The staff is good. Breakfast has a variety and is delicious. Best hotel in this price range.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in pattaya. The hotel location is very close to the beach and walking street to enjoy your nightlife. There are also many professional thai massage shops right in front of the hotel. The hotel has good ac rooms and a great overall experience. The hotel is especially suitable for bachelors and young people. The hotel is guest free so you can bring your guest to your room. The hotel is also safe for its customers. The manager, sakda kottaya, helped us with a problem we faced like family. Thank you. I really liked everything about the hotel and highly recommend visiting pattaya. This is my genuine review. I went there with my friends last month because i gave it a rating. The rooms were not very nice. The location is good. All indian restaurants are available for eating. This is not a 4 star hotel, but if you look at a 3 star hotel, it is fine.

However, note that the room service is a bit slow, and the staff are unable to communicate in english, which may pose a challenge. The food offerings are mediocre, limiting options for guests.

If youre looking near walking street, this propertys location is ideal. Large groups from india love nova platinum. With three buildings, the hotel offers 270 rooms. The swimming pool is reasonably sized and is available for free to all guests. Its ideal for lone travelers.
