I really loved staying at the novotel on soi 4 I found all the staff very helpful and kind, I highly recommend this hotel and I will be definitely be staying there again, the hotel is out standing service is excellent breakfast is delicious, the security guy was absolutely brilliant, reception team excellent very kind and helpful excellent service, also wanmai and Mook where absolutely excellent I carnt thank them enough with the service on my 5 day stay. I will definitely be returning back to novotel next year april Thank all to the team at novotel. Looking forward to seeing you all soon

Alles sauber, fußläufig zu Nightlife ubd Essen sowie BTS. Gegenüber tolles Spa. Der Pool ist groß genug mit toller Aussicht. Was mich sehr am Pool gestört hat: - die Fliesen im Liegebereich sind mit Wasserkontakt extrem rutschig! Schon richtig gefährlich! - 3-4 mehr Liegen könnten wohl noch Platz finden, mittags sind sie knapp - Gäste sollten auch persönlich angesprochen werden, nicht ungeduscht und mit T-Shirts zu baden. Der Hinweis an der Dusche hilft nicht Ich werde nächstes Mal über die Accor-Deite buchen, nur so gibt gesammelte Punkte.

Excellent location and a very well-managed establishment. Everything from check-in to communication was top-notch. They even kindly gave me an additional two hours for checkout, which was greatly appreciated. The highlight was the absolutely gorgeous room with a view, and the bed was just amazing. I would stay here again without any hesitation and highly recommend it to others.
