I made a reservation for four rooms at this hotel a month before our visit on 910 feb through application. On 7 feb, my credit card was fully charged. When we arrived at the motel in the evening of 9 feb, we had to wait in front of the front desk for a half hour until some inept receptionist brought attention to us. She then let us know that my reservation at application had not been added to their booking list, which was very good. She promised to assist in finding another nearby hotel, but it turned out that she still checked in other guests despite being told that nothing had happened. As I was traveling with seven adults and one newborn, the situation got worse as the infant became tired and cried. I made the decision to get assistance by calling application. A call center employee picked up and informed me that it was the hotel's fault because they examined my reservation in the system but did nothing. But she will assist in finding other hotels and will call back to me within 15 minutes. But I have never called back. Finally, on the notification that was delivered to my email, the hotel manager told me to transfer money back to her account once I had received a refund from application. In the meantime, my family members also attempted to contact other hotels. I was incredibly dissatisfied that the hotel was unable to

It is a new hotel. It is clean and the rooms are spacious, the hotel is well situated and a large nice land is in front of it, so you can't hear anything from the traffic. But no shower curtain! So when you shower, the bathroom is floated. Breakfast is terrible.. Even no eggs! Half of the toaster was working, see photo so long line to toast bread, the mattress is extremely hard. It is like sleeping on a wooden bed, the staff is friendly.

I stayed on the fourth floor. The room was clean and spacious, and the wifi signal was strong. A fair price. Breakfast is decent and includes a good enough spread for a quick breakfast. The view is stunning. A lot of restaurants outside the hotel are within walking distance. However, i have heard that there are insects on the ground floor.
