Heel erg fijn hotel! Kamers zijn heel schoon, worden ook elke dag schoongemaakt. Bedden slapen heerlijk. Douche is lekker. Mooi interieur. Enkel is er geen ontbijt bij de kamerprijs inbegrepen, en is het ontbijt van hun café erg schraal en duur. Gelukkig zijn er genoeg andere cafés in de buurt! Personeel is super behulpzaam. Wasservice van Otteri letterlijk naast de voordeur. Zeer fijne locatie. Aanrader!!

I've stayed here twice during my short stay in Chiang Mai. The service is fast. They speak English very well, and they serve a menu in English. Perfect for brunch or if you do the laundry next door. The coffee is delicious. Highly recommended.

I popped in here for a quick breakfast and was not disappointed. They served delicious granola and yoghurt bowl and the best coffee I have had while traveling. The staff were very helpful as I went through some places I wanted to visit and told me the best ways to get there.

The staff was friendly and polite but didn't seem overly attentive or eager to assist. Despite its modest size, the establishment has an attractive open feel. Great location for a coffee and business.

In the heart of Chiang Mai, Oon is a little but lovely cafe. I went there on a hot day looking for a drink, but I was away with a lot more. They have a lovely location that is very cosy and the menu was reasonably priced. I strongly recommend visiting Oon if you ever go to Chiang Mai. Fantastic place indeed!.

Overall, I love this hotel but it is not my first choice. The positive I like their decoration very pretty looking room with a common area for everyone fridge, microwave, cutlery and washing machines. The cafe also their own is very nice, with delicious coffee highly recommended. I initially glad to have a room with a balcony facing the moat, but I was wrong in this account. The location is also excellent. A minimal, a laundry store, and a bus stop are all just a few steps away. The negative while my room has a nice view and balcony, I found that the loudness is a big drawback. Because the hotel is very close to some nightclubs, my sleep is constantly interrupted by those noisy drunk visitors who visit minimal before returning. I also found some fire ants on my bed at night they change the bedsheet, which also spoils the experience. I have informed the owner about this pest and hope the problem can be resolved as soon as possible.

Lovely place to stay if you are looking for a budget room. It is placed in a perfect location close to everything you need, was nice and clean and modern, however my bed was very uncomfortable and it did get quite noisy at night being so close to the main road. But it was still a great stay and I would recommend to people looking for a short budget stay

Location is ok, but the cleanliness should be improved as there’s mosquitoes at night, which makes it hard to sleep. Otherwise, people is friendly. Some problem with the plumbing as shower water drains slowly.

The hotel has the basics needed and is in a great location walking distance to everything in the city. Note that the setup of this hotel does not include a reception and is sparsely staffed for the majority of the day.
