My son and I had the pleasure of spending a weak at this beautiful resort. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The breakfast buffet options are delicious and plentiful and the staff was great. Sun the owner is so sweet and very approachable. Sun gives great suggestions on things to do the history and he treats his guest like family. It’s your home away from home… he has such a beautiful spirit. The rooftop pool view is breathtaking and can I say the restaurant food options are so wonderful and delicious. I can’t forget the spa… my son had a manicure and I had him to get a pedicure as well, he throughly enjoyed it!!! I had gotten food poisoned from an outing and Sun helped me until I was better. I would certainly give this resort 5 stars… Sun and staff you all have outdone yourselves. From your friends in room 102

The management and staff provide a personalised service. From the minute we arrived to our departure, we were made to feel welcome and evert care was taken to take care of our needs. The rooms are spacious, the staff very friendly (especially Mr Sun), the food is exceptional and the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna of the highest standard. I can’t find any fault and will definitely visit again

I have enjoyed the stay in Pacific Resort. Good food and the restaurant is available till 11pm which is definitely a plus. Pool 24x7 and good environment for family. Highly recommend. Reasonable location as it is 10-15 mins walking distance to Karon beach (shuttle available but at specific times) Special thanks to Mr Sun who actually helped all our queries in-terms of local travel and good beaches. Keep it up team !!!

We are so happy to have come across this gem on our 30-years anniversary honeemoon trip. Its a nice place with a nice pacific ocean view over the andaman see from rooftop pool. We got free upgrade to upper room with see view. thank you. Friendly staff all around esp. Mr. Sun who is always caring for all needs of guests. He is going out of his way to make holidays worthwhile. Good useful advice to get around. Hospitality in person. Not just business. Thank you very much. Will be back for sure if anywhere near. God bless.

The property is gorgeous and serene. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They will get transportation for you and work out the details with the drivers before you leave so they know exactly where you want to go and what it costs. The restaurant is pleasant, the pool and hot tub and sauna are amazing, and the on site massage staff does a wonderful job after a day walking the beaches. Truly a Gem

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire property was spotless and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop swimming pool — not only was it a great place to relax, but the view of the Big Buddha from up there was absolutely stunning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Very friendly and well ept property. A little gem nested in the hills above Karon beach. The manager treats you like family and kreps a tight ship, supervising and attending every needs. Rooftop pool is a plus and one of the highlights of my stay. Recommend highly this hotel and would come back again.

We love our stay in this hotel, we appreciated the upgrade ocean view, so relaxing to sit in the balcony especially at night time, the view is beautiful. The hotel cleanliness is well maintained, we always got home in a cool room, so refreshing the aircondition is already on everytime we got home. Staff were accomodating, very easy to talk to, transport to & from the airport is easy. Its definitely a second home for me & hubby for the 5 nights of our stay. You have the option of breakfast, if you want to. I did not includ breakfast with my booking, but I just let the staff know & we can enjoy a buffet breakfast too. The pool in the rooftop is beautiful, the view day/night is amazing. Thank you Pacific Club Hotel we enjoyed our stay with you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, including calling tour pickup drivers for us when they were running late, the breakfast buffet was delicious and resort wide food service delivery was much appreciated. The road up to the resort was being repaved while we were there which made transport a little more complicated than it should have been, but that’s not the resorts fault and only temporary. It’s a short walk to the Karon beach and temple night markets which are a good visit. There was an area on the veranda near the restaurant that occasionally had a bad smell but that was only sometimes and my only complaint.
