Super central location and very helpful staff! Located right in the old town centre with easy walking access to cafes, restaurants and bars close by. The room was great, private bathroom was bright and AC was very good. The receptionist was kind and helpful, even accepting a parcel delivery for us!

Hotel ini memiliki nilai terbaik untuk uang. Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan pasar malam dan tepat di tengah Kota Tua Phuket! Stafnya sangat ramah. Meskipun bahasa Inggris terbatas, mereka memenuhi kebutuhan dasar kami. Kami mendapat tempat tidur king dengan toilet pribadi di lantai dua. Air mandi terkadang berubah menjadi sangat panas dan kemudian menjadi hangat, bergantian setiap beberapa detik. Unit ini memiliki AC yang berfungsi, suatu keharusan untuk cuaca panas seperti ini. Sistem kedap suara buruk, jadi Anda harus menurunkan volume suara agar tidak mengganggu tetangga. Sampo, air, dan beberapa makanan ringan disediakan. Secara keseluruhan, menurut saya ini adalah nilai terbaik dengan harga yang terjangkau.

Kamarnya kecil tapi bersih dengan jendela ke koridor. Hanya ada sedikit stop kontak. Toiletnya tidak memiliki langit-langit, melainkan langit-langit yang sama dengan koridor. Anda bisa menginap. Secara keseluruhan, kamarnya cukup bagus. Ada AC dan kipas angin. Semuanya rapi.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The owner, k, was extremely helpful and patient, going above and beyond to ensure i had a pleasant stay. The room i stayed in was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very quiet which was great for a light sleeper like me. The rooms come with a kettle, a range of snacks, and several bottles of water! The air conditioning works very well. The location is also great. I would happily stay here again.

Hotel ini terletak tepat di pusat kota, di kota tua. Staf sangat ramah dan hangat. Kamar-kamarnya sederhana tetapi bersih, dengan kamar mandi pribadi. Sarapan sudah termasuk dalam harga. Staf dapat mengatur transportasi ke pulau atau bandara untuk Anda. Tempat yang direkomendasikan jika Anda melewati Phuket.

Aside from a little glitch at check-in (nobody at the desk to give us a key or let us in) everything was great! The location is perfect for just looking around old town and the lady at the desk was super helpful arranging a late night taxi for us.

Room not allowed open window. Thanks God, Air condition is working properly with is hot weather. Market, message, restaurant are planty of choices and close by. Staff helps us to save money by recommending to use Bolt instead of Grab.

You will get what you pay for here. You are looking for a cheap location with a bed and bathroom in your room. Paperthin walls which will make you hear your neighbors thoughts. I would recommend you to bring hearing protection buds to put inside deep inside your ear for a good sleep. The AC in my room worked very well. It is so central in Old Phuket that you will be happy however this place is. I would however be ashamed to bring home a girl. I had some really bad water damaged bathroom during my stay. The water didn't flow the right way, so if I took a shower the whole bathroom floor would be wet and there will be old water under the floor tiles when you step inside the bathroom the day after. Please get me right, I am happy about my stay at this place.

The staff seemed nice to begin with. We were 4 of us staying in a room. My friends left early in the morning and I checked out later. The lady at the reception goes to the room to have a check and comes back claiming a hand towel is missing. This was a very cheap towel and we do not have the need to steal it. Could get a nice clean towel for a low cost, but she claimed I have to give her 300 baht as compensation for the missing towel. She showed a video dated 20.01.2026 that the room had 5 towels, but we checked in on 21.01.2026 so that argument goes out the window. I had a discussion with her and suggested that I’d buy her a new towel of the same size and color and guess how much it cost me to buy it? 40baht! Why would anyone bother to steal an old and used towel when you could buy one for a decent price??! She knew that my friends’ bags couldn’t very well be checked so it was easy to claim a missing towel. I called my friends and they checked their bags and there was no towel. I’ve read such things happening in stays in Thailand- it’s a shame because Thailand is a beautiful country but things like these just make the experience a bit garbage.
