It was a little disappointing. There is no gym or pool. They have incredibly lovely balconies. I was surprised to see tv with Disney and Netflix. The hotel room was lovely and the bed was comfortable.

The room is very good, the water flows well, appliances are good and there is a microwave to warm up food. Can order food but the breakfast is less, not ok. Staff should be trained in service.

The cleanliness, service, and especially the attentive care from the hr manager made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommended for an opulent and peaceful getaway with the added bonus of great dining! Our three days at pool suites were outstanding, not just because of the sparkling clean private pool and topnotch amenities, but also because it was an exceptional dining experience. The onsite restaurant served some of usve had the best food weve ever had, with a wide variety of options catering to all tastes.

The room is lovely, very luxurious, spacious, clean, and quiet. However, the only disadvantage is that the bedroom does not have a closed door. But overall, i say its good.

We have stayed here twice and both times the service was excellent and the staff were very willing to help with any needs. Breakfast was presented well and on time each morning. The view from the pool was beautiful, it rained during our stay so we didnt get to enjoy it as we had hoped. We recommend hotel a quiet place to escape for anyone.

The rooms are very nice and quality. It says pool suites, but there is no shared pool, only a few rooms at the top have pools. I told them the jacuzzi wasnt working and was disappointed.

I will undoubtedly return for more nights. One of the most beautiful hotels ive ever been to, with a jaccuzi bath right in front of tv, sexy room, separate kitchen, closet, and shower room. A peaceful setting for restful sleep, nice big towels and beds.

Beautiful hotel ive ever stayed in, suite type room, jacuzzi in front of tv, relaxing bubble bath with wine in one hand. Heaven! Big towels and blankets, large room and separate kitchen, shower. The best sleep i have ever had.
