Kami memesan kamar secara daring. Kami sudah membayar kamar sebelum check-in. Ketika Anda tiba di akomodasi, diperlukan deposit tunai, tetapi kami tidak memiliki uang tunai. Jadi staf meminjamkan kami sepeda motor. Tarik uang di luar Untuk anak-anak dan pasangan kami, mereka tinggal di hotel. Pacar saya meminta untuk naik dulu sementara saya pergi mengambil uang tunai. Tetapi staf tidak mengizinkan anak kami dan pasangannya naik ke kamar sampai kami kembali. Untuk membayar deposit 1000 baht untuk sebuah kamar, kami sama sekali tidak setuju dengan bagian ini. Karena kami sudah membayar kamarnya. Uang di deposit Ini adalah biaya tambahan untuk tarif kamar. Biarkan saja anak-anak naik sementara kita kembali dari mengambil uang tunai. Tetapi staf memberi tahu pacar saya bahwa mereka tidak diizinkan naik terlebih dahulu. Anak kami sangat lelah dan panas. Tempat tidurnya sangat kecil. Ini adalah tempat tidur berukuran 5 kaki, tetapi di pemesan disebutkan ukurannya adalah tempat tidur king, ukuran 180 x 200, tetapi di kamar sebenarnya lebih kecil. Selimutnya robek dan berjumbai. Lantai balkon tidak bersih. Air minum dalam kemasan kecil Ruang sauna sudah tua dan kurang terawat.

Saya menginap di kamar tepi kolam renang. Terdapat 2 kamar tidur, 1 tempat tidur besar, 1 tempat tidur single dengan kepala menghadap ke satu sama lain, 1 kamar mandi, dan 1 toilet. Ada sofa dan pintu terbuka ke kolam renang. Saya pribadi sangat menyukainya. Saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi. Cocok untuk keluarga besar.

Hotel yang bagus, cukup bersih dan nyaman. Lantai kamar agak kotor, tapi tidak mengganggu saya. Ada kolam renang, sauna, dan pusat kebugaran di lantai dua. Kamar saya memiliki pemandangan pegunungan yang indah. Ada bar di lantai satu untuk bekerja.

Saya mendapat pemberitahuan pukul 110 bahwa listrik akan diputus mulai pukul 12 siang hingga pukul 3 siang karena sedang ada pemeliharaan. Tentu saja, baik AC maupun lift tidak dapat digunakan. Bukankah mereka biasanya meninggalkan pemberitahuan tertanda seperti ini saat membersihkan kamar sehari sebelumnya? Saya bahkan tidak bisa mandi dengan benar dan harus keluar terburu-buru, sehingga jadwal saya menjadi kacau. Tidak ada cermin di kamar mandi dan hanya ada satu di wastafel di depan kamar mandi, tetapi tidak ada cahaya di sana, jadi saya tidak bisa melihat cermin dengan jelas. Hanya ada satu cermin di seluruh kamar Saya pribadi suka berbaring di kursi berjemur setelah berenang dan bersantai, tetapi tidak ada pelindung matahari di kursi berjemur di sini. Saya tidak berencana untuk berjemur, tetapi akhirnya menjadi sangat kecokelatan. Central dekat dengan tempat ini merupakan nilai tambah. (aplikasi mengatakan jalan kaki 12 menit, tapi kalau lewat pintu belakang hanya 7 menit Dan Saya meninggalkan ulasan tambahan karena kesal. Saya pulang setelah keluar hari ini dan mandi, tetapi handuk yang mereka berikan sangat tidak enak. Cucian tidak kering dengan baik sehingga baunya apek. Kedua handuknya juga baunya tidak enak. Bagaimana tempat seperti ini bisa dianggap hotel bintang 4? Saya benar-benar gila.

One of the best things about this hotel is its location, there is a shopping mall right around the corner, making it very convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. We stayed here for one night because of the location. The Lomprayah bus stop is directly across from the front of the hotel. Very convenient. Hotel is really fancy with a great swimming pool, gym, sauna and laundry. A shopping mall is a 5 minute walk away with lots of food options.

We stayed for one night in a 2 bedroom penthouse on the first floor. The room was clean and tidy. But no minibar nor amenities so far. The bed was soft and big. The hotel is right next to the central forest which was very convenient for us. Overall, I was happy with the hotel for the price we paid.

Hotel is right next to the Cebtrale mall and near a lot of local thai restaurants. About 10min drive to old town phuket. Only thing was that some people were smoking tobacco aand weed in the mutual pool area. If you have kids or dont want to be around that, avoid rooms with rhe pool view. Staff were kind and knowledgeable

Very conveniently located to Lomprayah Phuket ferry Check in terminal which is why i stayed here. The terminal was a 60 second walk from the front door. I Was delighted to find that the hotel was very modern abd comfortable. Beautiful pool and really friendly staff. During the night i cold hear other hotel guests slamming bedroom doors. Rooms not very well i insulated. Also had to pay a cash deposit which i was unaware of and not had to do in a long while. However, had a lovely shower in the morning and kept cool all night with the air conditioning. Overall convenient location, great price and lovely staff.
