The massage I got at the spa was fantastic and very reasonably. I was told to sure to lock the patio door so monkeys didn't get into the room and was glad I was told that as one afternoon I was visited by about 5 monkeys playing on the balcony! It was awesome!

The staff was so kind, helpful and professional. The front desk staff was especially very proactive with solving any problem and incredibly friendly and respectful. The back pool and garden was magical and relaxing. The buffet breakfast offered great variety too. The transportation back to the airport, which was organized by the hotel, was incredibly efficient and smooth. We loved our stay at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, everything was clean, organized, and well maintained. We could not be happier! We stayed in a villa and had 2 pools to choose from and the most amazing beach ever! Plenty of food options, the breakfast here that’s included at the hotel is lovely. We could not complain about a single thing. We highly recommend staying here at least two nights. Today we went to the diamond cave and the monkey corner. Both are recommended. We already explored the other islands so we just spent our time here enjoying the beach, Pool, and a small village.

The grounds were breathtaking . Had a room looking out at the pool. Such a beautiful courtyard surrounding the pool- lots of beautiful flowers !!!! Great spot for photos The transfer provided by hotel worked out seamlessly- easy to find airport taxi driver , and then ferry to Railay. The buffet had many options and an omelette station. The massages were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The rooms are large, AC worked great, bathroom lovely. A few more beachfront loungers might be nice and I’m thankful the staff made sure only hotel guests used the 4 beach loungers . I’d stay again!!!

Oh. My. Gosh! What a beautiful resort! The staff was so incredibly accommodating and welcoming and friendly and helpful! I met staff at the little office they have before the Ao Nam Mao Pier and they literally walked us to the pier, took our luggage, got us on a long boat, then staff on the Railay Island side took our luggage again for the short walk to the resort! Impressive! The main pool is a dream!!!!! The breakfast was plentiful. The bed was comfortable. The area had all you could need. I did NOT want to leave! And the monkeys in the trees at breakfast were the icing on the cake! Would go back in a heartbeat!

We stayed two nights at Railay Village Beach Resort in a Deluxe Poolside Room and it was absolutely dreamy. The property may be a few years old, but it’s beautifully maintained and definitely feels like an upper-class stay. The rooms are huge, with an incredibly comfortable bed and plenty of space to unwind. The pool is stunning, surrounded by plumeria and tropical flowers that make it feel like your own private oasis. Lounge chairs can be a little competitive since there aren’t many, so grab one early if you’re keen, but each patio has its own seating area, so it’s never really an issue. The resort is wonderfully quiet. You’re steps from the beach and the main strip, yet you hear none of the noise. It feels tucked away while still being perfectly central. The staff are fantastic, warm and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with a generous buffet selection including hot dishes, salad bar, pastries, breads, juices, coffee, and a made-to-order egg station. We loved our stay here. Comfortable, peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly located. What’s not to like? 10/10, would happily relax at Railay again.

I stayed 2 nights in the 'Honeymoon Suite'. Railay West Beach is superb especially early morning before the boats arrive. Later it gets over-busy with continuous noise and too much shoreline taken up by the boats - it seems the national park need to get a grip on adequate regulation of numbers and pollution. The garden and pools setting is well designed and beautifully maintained - an oasis of peace. The honeymoon suite itself is spacious but somewhat dated and overdue for a refurb - a single cracked washbasin is not what you might expect at this price point. In particular the light switching is a joke involving 'a tour of the estate' to control but extraordinarily with no lights or control at the bedhead. That said buffet breakfast is great and staff were lovely.

Water was a lttile cold for shower. Lucky the weather is hot. Staff very helpful wirh everything including bags. The poolside rooms are convenient. I personally loved the view, fresh juice, omlette and fruit for breakfast alot of other options too. The grounds and pool are good.

The room was not ready at check-in, but everything else was great. It was a lovely room. We love the West side and are glad we booked there. The breakfast was the best we had in our 12 days in Thailand.
