The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Karat, the gateway city of northeastern Thailand. There are numerous streetfood restaurants waiting for you on both sides of the road offering a wide range of choices. Apart from well-known traditional northeastern food, there are nearly all alternatives, including korean, chinese, traditional Thai, and western dishes. However, there is no seveneleven or other convenience store close to the hotel. The vip room on the seventh floor has one spacious bedroom and living room with a small pantry. There are two large screen TVs, one for the bedroom and one for the living room. The bathroom is big and offers two options, a rain shower and a huge bathtub for two. Breakfast is simple with only limited options. Wifi is available in the rooms and lobby area, although not as fast as it should be. Both indoor and outdoor parking spaces are available for your selections.

This hotel offers a decent price for breakfast. The room was big and clean. The parking area is adequate. The location is great, it is close to a supermarket. Close to the hotel there is a food street and it's easy to find popular Karat food for souvenirs.

This is a temple town that my friends have promised me. The room was clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and comfortable. The hotel also offers a vegetarian restaurant and local food, which is quite adequate. The ceiling fans and aircorn are also good for a hot day. The blanket was more firm than I like. We will be happy to return and stay there again.

This is a bigger hotel than I expected. Staff is decent. The room is brand new, clean, and hot. There are all the parking spaces available, the only complaints are those who come to a function, who take all the spaces. In addition, the function room was a floor below ours with the Thai speaker volume, so we could hear the floor shake our ears and throbs. Fortunately, our month old slept through it all. We made several complaints, but they did nothing, but this is normal for anywhere here. After the music stopped, you could hear them set up the room in the very early hours of the morning for a wedding. Breakfast should not bother if it was hot, but cold egg boiled rice is not my thing. The toast, fortunately, was hot. Room service food is ok and worth trying. WiFi is good. On check-out, the staff was very quiet and quickly escorting us out, maybe they don't get used to people complaining about the noise. I would not stay here any longer.

For the one night stay, it was a pleasant hotel. Busier location, spacious, clean, and well-equipped rooms with everything you could possibly need, including wifi. The food options at the restaurant are very limited, but the restaurant is busy and also has locals. Being a budget hotel, don't expect too much.
