The staff a exceptionally nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. At reception I dealt with Aon who went above and beyond to extend our booking and I thank her immensely for her patience, help and kindness. The hotel has so much potential suitated on a beautiful beach on a stunning coastline. Attached to the hotel are the Rayong Chalets with two swimming pools , one adult and one childrens pool. Nice gardens well maintained. The chalets are nicely maintained. The hotel could do with some modernisation but really i.cant fault it. Its good value for money and not far from villages to shop, clothes washing facilities, pharmacy etc.

This hotel is miles from the center of rayon, and as we discovered, it will be difficult to navigate unless you have a car or motorcycle. There is a small store on site, and the restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel's photographs are undoubtedly improved, and the marketing of the beach's sporting facilities and WiFi is unfavorable. Only the lobby has Wi-Fi, and the tes in the rooms are all Thai. This wasn't too bad, but we had a toddler to keep us amused and it wasn't much for him to do. The pool is in the center of the parking lot, but it's okay, because it's really deep! But the beach, which was the biggest disappointment, was spotless and we never saw it cleaned once. It was a stark reminder of the detrimental impacts on the oceans because it was littered with fishing tackle and rubber. What a pity because otherwise it would be amazing, and the hotels that have the courage to call the beach private are a shame.

We stayed with two children 3- and 5-in a bungalow 10 steps from the beach. no luxury, but clean and no bugs. Recommended restaurants across the street and 10 minutes walk south on the beach to nice restaurant bar on beach. You can also take the local bus pick up truck for 25 bath to ma pim beach ask south.

The bed was stained with extremely old mattresses. Bathroom plumbing is in very bad condition, with the personal bidet handshower leak making the floor wet and slippery, which was reported but nothing done during the 4 days we stayed. Breakfast is reasonable the first morning due to the low number of guests. You were offered a menu to choose your meal but on the next morning when there were many locals staying there was a buffet which had a wide selection of food. I also must mention that with the buses, came the Karaoke, which was held in the lobby area directly beneath our bedroom. Thankfully, this didn't go very late into the night, but waking up drunks trying to find their room didn't help us sleep. The risk of using the pool the water had turned green due to chemical imbalance and the cleaning method is a submersible pump with a filter bag attached that is connected to the electricity via a power board very close to the edge of the pool see attached photo and this was during the hours guests had access to the pool. I had to request that the electrical equipment be removed from the pool and the power moved away, which was promptly put back after I left the pool area. This shows a complete disregard for the safety and welfare of the guests. This hotel is a few kilometres from Ban

We had a pleasant stay overall. Although the accommodations were a little outdated, they were all cozy. Our room had problems with To, but we didn't mind because we intended to spend our vacation at the beach. Excellent service was provided. We enjoyed the food and drink because it was all fresh and had access to it at the hotel's own private beachfront restaurant. There was a volleyball net available for visitors to use. There was a small kids' pool as well as a pool with a little worn out tiles in some areas, though the adults' pool was very deep at 2. 4 meters, so you should be careful if you are not a good swimmer. Overall, excellent. The rooms have no internet, wifi, or a hairdryer. I enjoyed there because I went as a group with my cousins. Overall, lovely and reasonable.

This place is recommended if you are tired of the kitchen and the cook is not there. We just came from Vietnam, where things are changing so quickly, to Thailand. Everything in this chalet has always been the same. In an old house, two bottles of good water are provided for free every day. Simple yet tasteful rattan bamboo furniture, an amazing view from the balcony, a relaxing staff, and so on. We visited an elegant novel 500 I by the beach, but we refused to switch. One of the finest aspects of a chalet is the feeling of being alone and private. The hotels own beach is cleaned each day, but the remainder is very dirty. Perhaps it is a seasonal thing. Water is more than adequate. If the cook isn't there or you get bored with the house's kitchen, you can try the restaurant across the street.

Ett trivsamt hotell direkt på stranden. En lugn vistelse under veckan, lågsäsong, för att sen på helgen livas upp av thailändare i massor, främst från Bangkok. Det finns tre andra restauranger på gångavstånd annars rekommenderas moped för att ta dig runt.
