Very kind and helpful staff, great location near 2 parks to get out of the hustle. Family friendly. Some great restaurants down the street. Room was clean and spacious. Not a complaint, but the pool was very cold even on very hot days. Breakfast had many options, French Toast was a winner. Thank you :)

Easy walking distance from Majority of the markets and restaurants. Staff was kind knowledgeable and helpful with helping us finding the best hidden gems and adventures to go to. Would rebook in a heartbeat if I ever go back to Thailand. Everything was well kept and clean

The location is very close to the Saturday night market, but the room faces the street and there may occasionally be the sound of motorcycles. The breakfast is delicious, the bed is very comfortable and the environment is good. There is a park next to it that offers free yoga classes in the morning.

I strongly recommend staying with this wonderful family. We give the rendezvous classic 10 out of 10. Its a small, peaceful familyrun hotel that genuinely cares about its guests. Julie, Cookie, dad, and san are incredibly warm and friendly, and they go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything we need, including a large comfortable bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a desk, a balcony, and a clean, nice bathroom with a separate shower. We appreciated that smoking is not permitted in the rooms or on the balconies, which was crucial for us to enjoy our space without a smoker next to us. The pool was a big plus for city hot days.

Hotel muito bom, atendimento cordial e bem localizado. Fizemos todos os templos da cidade antiga a pé, exceto o Doi Suthep que é afastado e precisa de qualquer forma pegar um tuc tuc para chegar nele. Café da manhã custa 250 BTH com direito a um prato do menu + buffet ou 150 BTH somente o buffet que é pequeno, com variedade restrita mas atende bem. Quarto bem espaçoso e cama grande e confortável. Recomendo.

During our twomonth trip to south east Asia, this was the nicest boutique hotel we stayed at. The location is in the heart of the city, yet immaculate, the art is stunning, and the pool area is a lovely haven. A really nice couple who were eager to make our stay feel like a second home, and the breakfast was not only delicious but also exquisitely presented. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

This place is a great choice for travelers who want to travel alone. The bed is very comfortable. The hot shower is very good. The owner is also very friendly. The only thing is that the bathroom is a bit small, but it doesnt bother us. It is not in the center of the old town and is also quieter. I had a great time here!.

I highly recommend this hotel! I stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel is located in the old town of chiang mai. The area itself is quite calm and you need 10-15 minutes to get to the main attractions in the old town. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is served for an extra 200 baht.

We stayed for a week and then extended our stay by another three weeks. We enjoyed our luxury room with balcony overlooking the quiet neighborhood a temple, large tree with 1000 s of birds and squirrels. We swam almost daily and loved this refreshing treat at the end of a hot day. Friendly and professional staff, all facilities, clean, quiet. Great location on the edge of old city, close to many attractions.

So far, everything is excellent. The breakfast service was excellent. I stayed in a deluxe room with a kingsize bed. It has a view of a relatively quiet street, i would have preferred a mountain view, but i should be grateful that i received a free upgrade.

Hotel yang bagus tepat di kota tua. Segala sesuatu yang penting dapat dijangkau dalam 10- 15 menit berjalan kaki. Kamarnya sendiri sangat luas, hanya kamar mandinya kecil (jika Anda duduk di toilet, lutut Anda akan membentur dinding). Kolam renang mengundang Anda untuk bersantai. Saat sarapan Anda harus memilih satu hari sebelumnya. Porsinya sangat besar, Anda merasa cukup. Kami berada di lantai dua. Dari balkon, kami melihat fasad rumah. Stafnya sebagian besar ramah dan membantu.
