An amazing boutique hotel in Chiang Mai! The owner is the friendliest and the location is simply amazing. The location is tucked into a quiet street in central old city Chiang Mai. You are a ~1-2 minute walk to both a beautiful temple, numerous restaurants, and a 7-11 for any travel needs. You can’t go wrong by staying here!

Quiet, peaceful, and clean, bed & breakfast with fantastic host. Bed is comfortable, sheets and pillows,etc., fresh and clean. AC works great and plenty of hot water. Fantastic location. Very nice neighborhood. Within walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants.

A quaint little B&B in the perfect location (right in the very heart of Chiang Mai, but just far enough down a small street to be perfectly quiet. Proprietor Aun was very friendly and always accommodating. There could not be a better experience than this!

The owner of the property, Ahn, is an extremely kind, helpful, and hands-on host. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home and responded immediately to every question and request we had. From providing us ice packs to sooth sore muscles, to helping me fix a broken piece of my motorbike, to giving us more pillows, to calling a taxi for our ride to the airport, Ahn met every need and request we had. Additional nice touches include a beautiful garden, complimentary fruit always available in the kitchen, a kitchen area where you can heat up leftovers in the microwave, and a great cleaning crew that kept our room spotless, cleaning our room and making our bed everyday. Ing works long hours to keep the entire place looking spotless. Please give her a generous tip for her hard work! She deserves it, as you will see. Also, the location is great because you can easily walk to many great restaurants, cafes, temples, etc. And it's on a relatively quiet street, so there isn't much street noise at night. The AC worked well, the fridge was great, and the bed was comfortable (on the firm side). We appreciated the geckos hanging out on the ceilings outside of our room, the bird songs, the night frogs in the garden, and the faint sound of the monks chanting at nearby Wat Chedi Luang every morning. We stayed for 2 weeks and were sad to leave this terrific, friendly, convenient guesthouse in the heart of old Chiang Mai. Thanks Ahn and Ing for all of your hospitality and kindess!

What a great stay!! Aun, the host, was incredible and very accommodating. The room was very cozy and quiet, which was fantastic because as soon as you exit this side street onto the main roads, there is a lot of noise! Really cute spot just steps away from the Sunday night market, and all the restaurants on Prapokkloa Rd. Or take a right when leaving, and there are two other really great spots: Rambutan and Pure Vegan. Safe, quiet, charming, and convenient.
