Use to stay in the bungalow, ok size room. God aircondition and low noise from it. The Staff is friendly and helpfull. Nice swimmingpool. Quiet place at the night.

Very nice and clean hotel. Amazing staff and the pool end as nice and clean. I'd highly recommend this Resort to anyone traveling to Udon. I got most surprised by the price though. Cheap and very nice.

Location you will need a car apart from that I can't fault the hotel for a nice place for family's very clean rooms . Good swimming pool free tea coffe and toast in mornings Defo staying here again

Our spouse and I stayed in one of the detached bungalows around the pool and really couldn't say anything about comfort and cleanliness. The location is a little out of town, but for us it was ideal as it was halfway between parents and sister and we had transportation. The price was very good, especially considering the low exchange rate. The only problem I had and it's more an inconvenience was that there was no kettle in the room and the fridge would shut off when the room key was removed from the socket, so any ice in the ice box burned. But we would not hesitate to stay here for future visits.

We stayed in a pool view bungalow. The bungalow was clean and adequate. If you have transportation, the location is ok. One caveat is construction on why 2, which makes access to other areas of udon a bit slower. Not much food within easy walking distance. There are challenging parking in the nearby night market, but plenty of options. WiFi is good and strong. The amount of warning signs in the room is almost laughably repulsive. Don't clog the toilet, or they'll fine you 100 baht. They have 24 hour front desk employees, but they may be asleep in the lobby and not answering the phone. There is no hot water in the room. There is a hot water pot in the lobby with free dry toast for guests in the morning and instant coffee. Elwood blues breakfast? Udon Thani has a wide range of lodging in this price range. This is only an average value for this region.

This is our 4th visit, we are from the UK and the location is excellent, close to 2 711 night market day market, easy access, amazing staff, beautiful clean rooms. The owner, John, speaks English and is always so helpful. Found me a car rental when there was no one available as Songkran festival. Free coffee, tea, and toast are provided in the reception pool, it's very nice and clean.

We had a wonderful time here, and we'll see you all again the next time we visit Udonthani. Tosong Garden is highly recommended. For nine days, my wife, son, and mother stayed in two accommodations. We value peace, safety, a pool, and prompt service. Everything at this hotel is met. The tropical atmosphere you get in a big city is a plus. It is easy to imagine an ocean is right behind the villas. Cleaning ladies bike and wear custom Thai hats, and the rooms are cleaned systematically each day. Within meters, there is a new lotus, as well as a decent bistro. Within minutes of the hotel, a new lotus, and a good restaurant. All three cities, such as Ud Town, Hotel Wasteland, and a wonderful coffee shop, were all accessible by foot. This establishment is staffed by friendly and helpful people. Every little issue was quickly resolved.

Newer hotel. Spoke English at front desk, friendly staff. Coffee and toast every morning in lobby. Nice pool and well maintained. Excellent choice for the price.

Dear Sirs, Please would you refund me the amount that you debited from my card - ahead of my arriving at the hotel. The resort/hotel pictures were very old. The hotel was quite run down in terms of premises, and there was no security at all for me. I was unable to stay due to the lack of security. I arrived at 7:00am at the hotel - some five hours before check-in - and told the hotel reception that I could not stay there due to lack of security. Also, given the age of the hotel - and basic nature of the rooms, and remoteness from town, the hotel was very seriously overpriced. Yours sincerely, Angela Suttie.
