- Electricity and water are not included in the rental price which is charged at 100THB per day payable by cash at check out.
- It is forbidden to take outside any items of the apartment. Especially bed linens and towels must not be taken to the beach or to the swimming pool.
- Towels and bed linens must be returned in the same condition given. If not, we will ask you to pay for the replacement of the damaged items.
- Bed linens and towels are changed every 5 days, for stays longer than 7 nights. If you wish to change them more often, you will be asked to pay a surcharge.
- Shampoo, shower cream, soaps, dish wash liquid, toilet paper, water, coffee, tea and other consumable items are part of a welcome pack. They will not be refilled/supplied during the stay. A supermarket is only 500m from the apartment.
- Daily cleaning is not included in the rental price, the cleaning fee that you pay when you make the reservation is a `final cleaning fee` that is used to clean and set up again the apartment for the next guest. If you wish we can provide a daily cleaning at an additional cost.
- No durian inside the apartment
- No smoking. Smoking is allowed only on balcony at open air
- Quiet hours: 10PM to 9AM
- Sleeping and eating on the sofa is prohibited
- During your stay I am available from 7AM to 11PM to answer your questions. Kindly contact me in these times.
- Check-in and check-out between 11PM and 7AM are charged an additional cost of 400 THB.
- Late check-out after 10AM is charged 50% of the rental price of the night.
- Early check-in before 2PM is charged 50% of the rental price of the night.
- Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability
- The building is located on a hill, with a ramp to access to the building. Please consider it if you have any kind of mobility problems.
