Nothing but functionality. The room and bed were clean with nice Wi-Fi and showers. For a simple business spot to stay, the bed is comfortable. They serve a very friendly service, despite the breakfast being so poor.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a one bedroom condominium when I arrived. The location is fantastic. I walked to the excellent Grapevine restaurant in 5 minutes. A short drive away is a Boat Avenue shopping center which boasts grocery, restaurants, bars, and shops.

I would recommend these apartment if you are happy to rent a moped and remain outside of town. These are wonderful apartments, but they are quite far from the closest town and beaches, so you really need to get around. However, the hotel will arrange for car or scooter rental. For our entire week, we rented a scooter and it was very affordable. We thought Bang Tao Beach was the best on the island with a scooter. We arranged for the reception to book us a taxi at early in the morning to get to the airport, but it never arrived, so I assume this wasn't reserved. Due to the absence of staff all night, it was extremely stressful to sort out, but the security guard was brilliant and arranged another taxi. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, the apartments are very spacious with a decent bathroom and balcony. You also have a decent-sized fridge and sink with some plates and cutlery not really sufficient to cook properly though. The housekeeping staff was excellent, and the room was cleaned very well every day. There is also a tiny gym with air conditioning, but not much to do a quick workout.

This place is in the rural part of the island, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. The location is close to the beach and the main tourist area. The owner and the staff are very informative and helpful. This place has a small hotel. The room size is adequate, with an amenities. This place has a nice location with great location. We would stay here again.

The hotel is unquestionably good value for the money, but the location might not suit everyone. We stayed at this hotel for six nights, and we were satisfied with everything. Apart from ongoing work on a new development next to the hotel, it is in a serene area, and transportation is extremely necessary we had a car as it is rather remote. However, if you do have transportation, it is not far to the towns of Cheng tally and Thailand, where we discovered markets and some fairly decent restaurants, nor to the nearest beach, Laguna Beach. The hotel's room was roomy and had a small balcony and a spacious bathroom. In case we wanted to eat our own meals there, we were also given dishes and cutlery. Every morning in our room, a cooked breakfast was delivered to us. There was a very tiny pool, but no lounging area, and neither was truly outside either, nor was there a gym. While the staff appeared pleasant and was always smiling, it was difficult to communicate since they barely spoke English, making it challenging to communicate, but it was a problem we had in many parts of Thailand. The location might not suit everyone, however, and it is not always suitable for everyone.

This is my first time staying here. The rooms are spacious, even though one king bed can accommodate up to 34 people. The terrace view room is huge. The breakfast is also very good, with bread, rice, milk, tea, and coffee. The staff are so kind and friendly.

The hotel is great value for money. The rooms are a good size, I'd recommend trying to get a room at the back of the hotel as sometimes there are noisy dogs out on the road. The staff are amazing, especially the new receptionist, thanks for making my stay easy and great.

Value for money. Convenient for the last day in Phuket prior to depart to the airport. 15m drive in motobike to Laguna beach to far away from kata beach and caron beach.
