Super lovely owners, good location in the old city. Great value for money. It is as expected for the price point. Working AC, hot shower, decent WiFi. Bed could have been a little more comfortable and bathroom wasn't the most clean but overall a good stay.

The hotel in a great location. Rooms are very clean and spacious, it’s a good place for resting as well. The family that run the hotel are very kind and helpful. The area is quiet and safe and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Great stay.

Spacious room, nice view, good ventilation. Bathroom and shower facilities are worn though. No shower gel or shampoo was provided. But given its reasonable room price and friendly service, it will be my first choice if I ever come to Chiang Mai again.

Harga kamar dengan AC sekitar 500 baht dan kondisinya cukup bersih dan terdapat tempat parkir untuk mobil.

Hotel sederhana di pusat kota. Kamarnya besar, tempat tidurnya bagus, kamar mandinya bagus. Kami berada di lantai dasar dan pintu kamar menghadap ke kolam renang. Kolamnya kecil tapi kami tidak melihat siapa pun di sana, kami tidak masuk dan itu baik-baik saja. Taman kecil dengan bangku-bangku.

Di kota tua dengan pemandangan yang menakjubkan dari atap-atap di lantai paling atas. Kamar sangat bersih, luas dan dilengkapi dengan baik (kulkas, TV, cermin, dll. Dan teras kecil. Rumah yang sangat bagus! Tidak ada lift.

It is conveniently located near all amenities, including free stable wifi, air conditioning, a private bathroom, a small balcony, a comfortable bed, coffee available in the lobby, and affordable laundry service. The outdoor chairs on the fourth floor are comfortable to sit on, feel the breeze, and simply explore the area or read a book.

The location is excellent in the constantly changing old city. There are numerous inexpensive restaurants, bars, massage parlors, and of course, akk the sights in the area. The staff is consistently pleasant. However, it is a little worn out, but it is clean and has comfortable beds. I stayed for six nights, which speaks well of itself. However, it is expensive for what you get at 500 baht per night, i would say 400 to 450 to be appropriate for mire, my room was not serviced once, and no fresh towels were provided. I suppose i could have asked, so maybe it was my fault. You could do better, but you could also do better.

We stayed in an air conditioned room with a small balcony for five nights and really enjoyed it. There is wifi access and laundry service. Clean, affordable, comfortable, friendly place in a very nice location.

The accommodation is tidy. Its conveniently located near tha phae gate for easy transportation. A water heater and cool air conditioning are available. Most importantly, the adorable cat is incredibly hospitable.

I had a wonderful 5night stay in room 303. The place is kept tidy and managed by a multigenerational family who really cares about their business and guests. The location is excellent. I was able to walk to many things, including my massage class at a nearby school. I learned from talking to some of the owners that the grandmother in the family used to teach massage professionally. In general, they are all very knowledgeable about the area and very approachable for questions.
