I only discovered this location by chance after passing it one day on a taxi. I remembered it as good and made a note. About a year later, I needed a place to stay, so I stayed here for one night. They have a facebook page with which I used to contact them. It cost 700 baht plus a 300 baht deposit which you get back at the end of your stay. The rooms are lovely and appear to have been used much. Quite contemporary and new. Staff friendly but average in English. Parking space. Close to bus station. 6 minutes on bike taxi to the beach. Taxi stand opposite reception. A few Thai cuisine options in the area. Large rooms are spacious. Large bed. Aircorn. Some have a safe, others don't. Wifi good and fast. Large fridge. Outdoor space. Couch. Coffee provided but no method to boil water was strange. Really, they are quite nice rooms for 700 baht. There is also a lounge area upstairs, but I forgot to do it, even though it looked nice. There is a bit of road noise that comes into your room, but it is not unbearable. Security guard at night who is simple

I did not know this place would be here again without much research and evaluation. I only discovered this place by chance one day on a taxi. The fee is 700 baht plus a 300 baht payment that you receive at the end of your stay. The rooms are really nice and appear to have been used much. Modern and modern. Staff polite but average English. Parking spaces close to the bus station. 6 minutes by bike taxi from the beach. The taxi stand is opposite reception. Some Thai food options are close by. Rooms have many space. A big bed. Aircon. Some have a safe, some don't have one. Wifi is fast and reliable. Large refrigerator. Outdoor area. Sofa. There is coffee provided, but water is not boiling. They are really decent rooms for 700 Baht, in reality. There is also a seating area upstairs, which I forgot to mention, although it looked good. It can get into your room a bit of noise from the road, but this is not unbearable. Security guard at night who was polite. Highly advised.
