There is nothing great about this hotel other than its excellent location. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at in Thailand. In total, there are 6 receptionists who don't smile on their faces, which doesn't bother me. The housekeeping cleans are terrible. I saw suspicious hair, skin on the first night, and it was clear that it didn't belong to me. The bed linens were changed at 10 p.m. The next day, I received extremely old bath towels. The third day, the room was half cleaned, the trash left in the bathroom wasn't dumped, the table wasn't wiped, and even the tip wasn't taken as it was left at the coffee station. You can see how the hotel cuts corners everywhere. The executive room didn't have snacks or fridge like a normal room. The shampoo is stuffing all the large bottles, looks suspicious. Toothbrush is awful, has to call 711 to acquire usable ones. I understand hotels suffered financially during Koid. However, Chiang Mai can't cut corners if they want to take the business.

If you enjoy shopping or cafehopping, you must stay at the norman. Chiang Mais Shopping District is close by on foot and a stone's throw from many instagramable cafes and restaurants.

Can't imagine a proper hotel with bar and poolside dining with an attractive price when booked via Goda. Nice new rooms and 2 jacuzzi pools. Glass walls see through bar top floor, near many popular eateries, so you can skip their buffet breaks. Some staff are so busy so they are a little less smiley but still efficient. Parking space in front but mostly full.

This is the best hotel. The staff at this hotel is helpful. The swimming pool area is good and has a great view. They want to make your stay pleasant and well worth it with the good service. The location of the hotel is a short distance from the norman area, the mall is close by, the hotel has the best restaurant.

This hotel was located in a central area of the city, which is a good distance on foot from other places, and also close to many cafes. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and a beautiful ceiling. The room design and the bathroom is quite spacious, with a comfortable bed and a clean shower. The breakfast was very good. The place was great. And then, the service from the employees was very kind. After that, the lobby was very cute with a good ceiling. Subsequently, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was clean. Besides that, the breakfast was also very good.
