This hotel has good value and a good location, if you want to go to Hanoi. This is a peaceful place in the day, but in the evening, the vibes are different. The staff is friendly and inviting, and the hotel has a lovely pool. The rooms are huge and clean. There is a bar that plays music, a good nightlife location, and a crowded street. The breakfast, though simple, is cooked fresh on request and is adequate. They serve a standard continental breakfast, and even in the room, there are clean, tidy, and comfortable food. This place is not suitable for young families because of its proximity to this street.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is in the middle of everything and, surprisingly, isn't too noisy either. As these are the quietest, I'd suggest requesting a pool view room. The staff here is quite polite and accommodating in cleaning rooms upon request. However, the hotel is worn out and dirty. I don't expect 5-star quality, but the main issue is worn out, grey, and stained towels and bedding. These appear to have not changed since the hotel opened. My shower towel had floored blood on it, and the bedding was awful. It was laundered, but it was overused, having an awful feel and is literally grey in colour. I've stayed in similar hotels in Hanoi for the same price with at least fresh and clean bedding, so I cannot recommend this hotel. I believe it'd be worth the investment if the management invested a little bit in new bedding and towels, fixing the pool, and sorting out the bad excuse for a breakfast room. Better choices are available close by!.

This is a fairly small hotel in Soi Bintabaht, which is one of the major entertainment areas of Hahin. The room was a good size, with a balcony, and was clean and in good condition. The hotel staff were pleasant, helpful, friendly and smiling, though not always fluent in English. The hotel has a small pool that is not huge but large enough to swim in.

The hotel location was excellent, close to the beach and near to the train station. Location right outside the room, there are bars and massage places, amazing restaurants and a 711 hotel staff is helpful and the place is clean. Free bottles of water and lotion in the bathroom, the rooms are clean and spacious with a great double bed. Around the corner is a pool that is hidden away so I was able to go on my own. Will deaf recommend and return a total bargain for 399 baht.

I will still stay at this hotel in the future. I have already stayed at this hotel 9 or 10 times in the last 5 years and will always do so. The hotel is in a wonderful location with excellent central positioning, 510 minutes walk to the beach, and 510 minutes to the night market. Although not the biggest in the world, the rooms are spotless, have effective air conditioning, and have plenty of hot water in the shower. I personally always book a balcony room, which can be seen from higher floors too. Although not enormous, the pool is adequate for swimming and certainly big enough for a dip in the heat of the day, but the lack of sun loungers at the poolside is a slight letdown. The staff is friendly, and when I come, I almost feel like one of the family. On my last visit, I observed that they even rearranged the furniture slightly in line with my tastes. The hotel is, however, not suitable for light sleepers, those who enjoy early nights, or those with young children because it is situated directly across a very busy Soi Bintabaht, extremely quiet during the day but very loud at night.

Ça a mal démarré : 1 ère nuit très bruyante , musique forte du bar en face jusque 2 heures du matin . Après discussion on a réussi à changer de chambre et les nuits suivantes ont été calmes Ensuite on vient pour avoir le petit déjeuner qui était inclus dans le prix de la chambre et rien eut à faire : pas obtenu de petit déjeuner , on a eu aller à l extérieur La gérante a expliqué que c était une erreur du site de réservation…. L hôtel est propre , très bien situé, près de la plage , du marché de nuit , de la gare , des petits commerces et d un centre commercial un peu plus loin . Tout se fait aisément à pied La piscine est très agréable Malgré la déconvenue du petit déjeuner et la 1 ère nuit bruyante, j y retournerai avec plaisir.

Das gute an dem Hotel ist wohl die Lage mitten in der Hua hin Walking street. Vor der Tür volles Leben, die Zimmer hinten raus sind trotzdem leise. Wichtig zu wissen wäre noch dass das Hotel einen Aufzug hat. Das Frühstück ist nicht erstrebenswert, hat mir gut gefallen würde es wieder buchen.

+ Trevlig personal, daglig städning, ingen trängsel i poolen och på frukosten. servicevänliga barer massage, music utanför hotellet. nära till Night market. Hotellet har TV med svt-kanal och dricka butik. - något mjuk säng, hög ljudnivå till 01.30, så inget barnhotell. taxi avstånd till beechen. Tips: enkel frukost men köp till grönsaker och korv så lagar personalen till det och frukosten blir toppen.

Stayed for a golfing trip and hitting the bars. Perfect place for two blokes right in the middle of the bar area. Breakfast was ok and the room, on the 5th floor, was quiet. Cleaned every day. Reception was 24 hours.

Hotel room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Pool was clean and a great extra facility after a day at the beach. Breakfast was very good though the dining area and reception areas were rather dark and felt a little dirty. Very conveniently situated for the nightlife and restaurants, the beach a short 10minute walk away. All the staff were helpful and friendly, I'd definitely stay here again, excellent value for the price paid.
