Rummet var stort och luftigt, rent och fint. Mycket trevlig personal med fantastisk service! Bra restaurang med god mat. Om man ska till Full Moon Party-området får man promenera 10-15 minuter och där hittar man 7eleven och butiker och restauranger. Det tyckte vi var perfekt då vi föredrog lugnt läge. På hotels.com står det att hotellet tar visa-kort. De tar inga betalkort över huvudtaget, bara kontanter tyvärr. Vi hade en incident med bankomaten som låg på andra sidan vägen. När vi tog ut 5000kr blev det elavbrott precis när pengarna skulle rulla ut, så vi fick inga pengar men det drogs på kontot. Hotellet var så proffsiga och hjälpte mig ringa banken och köra mig till en bank. De räddade mig verkligen i nöden, helt otroligt bra personal!

There are probably a lot of hotels that are more pretty than this one. But the staff are so friendly and I think they have the best food in phangan! If I would go back to phangan I would stay here

I booked the Thaniza after reading a bunch of different revues. I wanted to be close to Haad Rin without being right in town because of the noise factor and this ended up being perfect. Its a 10 minute walk on the beach into town, maybe 15 to sunrise beach. Its 100 baht taxi ride back in the morning after partying it up in town. The staff are incredibly friendly and nice as other reviewers have mentioned. I really felt welcome there. The food is great and well priced in the restaurant and the beach ends up being practically a private beach. There's a pool just down the beach that's open to the public if you want a beach, Coral something or other, has a monthly huge beach party. If I go back to Koh Phangan I'm going to stay here again.

Belle localisation dans un coin paisible. Très près, à pied par la plage, on se retrouve en ville.. Ma grande chambre avec vue sur la mer, grand balcon, très bon plaisir. Le petit-déjeuner est bien; il y a une machine à espresso et il est très bon. La douce vie.

Amazingly helpful staff who would do anything when I had a scooter accident. They were incredible. The restaurant was also brilliant in that they would start cooking us things even when they were meant to be shut. If I had to criticise at all in the 5 days we were there on one occasion when we asked them to clean the room it did not happen all day bug this was not really a big issue. A huge thank you to all the staff

My husband and I stayed there for three days. The staff was exceptional, but the room wasn't pleasant. The mattress's base was dingy and covered in black stains. They had some dust collected on top for a while. Because Aircorn couldn't change the temperature, it was freezing cold the entire time. On the other hand, the personnel was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. When we inquired about a taxi, it was there within a few minutes, and when we inquired about a motorcycle to rent, it was there within minutes. The view was magnificent. The resorts clerk had indicated she would meet us earlier for breakfast if needed, which was lovely of her. It was great for our prize that we won during our stay. Thank you.

The hotel staff is very pleasant, helpful, and nice. We have a very pleasant experience in Thani! We were allowed to check into our room very early because we had taken the night ferry over and arrived in Oh Pagan at around 6 am. At a very reasonable cost, they did our laundry for us and folded it all for us to put it back in our room the next day! We didn't even have to worry! They were really informative in explaining the island map, things to do and where to go, how to rent a scooter, and other things! The rooms were clean and had a beautiful view! It's more like a hotel, despite being called a hostel. Thank you for the wonderful experience on Oh Pagan!.

I had just exited this location and, as gorgeous as the people are, the place is a little rough. The beach is, of course, lovely, but lots of rubbish is scattered over it which is a shame. On the first night I returned, I walked up to my room in a perfect black dark thanks to smart phones that had been torched through some forest and some extremely dodgy tiled and damp stairs and when I got to my room, I turned on the light switch and all the electricity blew on me! It was quite late, so no one at reception was around, and it really spooked me out. The next day I reported the electrics to reception, and to be fair to them, they were fixed, so before it got dark, I was woken up by the cleaner wanting to clean the room and get me out obviously! I checked the check out time and thought sod it I wasn't checking out early just because they wanted to clean, but once the cleaner left, it appeared that my wifi and air conditioning were still turned off. I would not recommend this location if you are traveling alone or have mobility problems because the lady who runs this place is lovely and she speaks very well in English. The resort is on a steep slope with no access for cars, and the stairs up the rooms are filthy. I received every single baht bus taxi from

The seaside wasnt as beautiful as the beach water and rin remnants along the shore. There is a public pool in coral bungalows, which is about a 510 minute walk west of Thani Beach. Pros we could see the sea while lying on the bed, and the room was spotless. Cons The singles being shoved together for the double bed we had requested were thrown together. The air conditioning could not be changed. Be prepared to wait 4560 minutes if you intend to eat at the hotel restaurant because they couldnt keep it stale food. Because we had to leave early 6 oclock due to our early journey to the pier, however, the personnel wasnt available at that time, so we only had to leave the key at the front counter. When carrying our substantial backpacks, the steps leading to the room were rather escalating and extremely dangerous. The beach wasnt as beautiful as it did the beach, which also had very warm sea water.

Amazing location. situation on a picturesque, sandy beach. Location was not to far away from full moon party. Only stayed the one night but would definitely be back to the same area again. only downside was rooms could do with a little updating. more than suitable for a nights stay.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir waren in der Nebensaison, daher war das Zimmer unschlagbar günstig. Wenn man sich einen Roller mietet ist die Lage super. In fünf Minuten kann man zur Party Lokation fahren und sonst liegt das Hotel direkt am Meer. Allerdings kann man da nicht wirklich baden. Diese Seite von der Insel ist sehr schmutzig und wir sind dann auch immer mit dem Roller zu den schöneren Stränden gefahren.

Great hotel close to everything we needed for a few days stay on koh Phangan. The staff was amazing and the food was really good. Room was a little dates but very clean. The resort hooked us up with bikes and info about our connecting ferry very easily. Overall a really great experience.

Very nice people and perfekt location for people whowant some quiet time and the staff i perfekt.. Scooters can be rented just outside the hotel for 150 baht for 1 day and you have to leave the passport there but its o problem. only minus was it was Cold Water in the shower

Fint sted med bra beliggenhet. Nær stranden.Rommene er OK, med daglig rengjøring. Meget hyggelig personale, med resepsjonist og kokke Wan, og hennes ektemann Joe i spissen.God frokost. Maten i restauranten er ikke den aller billigste i området, men desidert den beste! Stedet anbefales både for å bo og spise!

My friend and I stayed here for two nights a week after the Full Moon Party. The island as a whole was very quiet, but this hotel was in a very quiet and peaceful location away from the main party area in Haad Rin. However, it was only a 10-15 minute walk to Haad Rin so we were able to spend time there without being right in the middle of all the madness. The staff was unbelievably nice and even drove me into town to get tickets for a cruise that we wanted to go on. The room was basic, with two beds, a balcony and a clean bathroom. The AC was very strong and definitely kept us cool in the hot weather. I would definitely reccommend this hotel and I would stay here again if I went back to Koh Phangan.

Stayed there from the 24 of dec 2012 to the 1st of January 2013. Nice quiet place about a 10 min walk to had Rin. Super close to coral bungalos where they have the "biggest pool party in Thailand" good free breakfast. Awesome staff. Definitely will stay there again.
