My wife and i stayed at the 4 blocks for 4 nights and had a great time. The rooms are clean and as advertised, and everything works smoothly. Very quiet, just what we were looking for. We found good snorkeling at either end of Kata Noi, but the beach itself was less packed than the nearby Katana. It was sanitizing to have nespresso machine on the shared balcony (20 bhatts/capsule) which was fun and an excellent way to start each morning. Highly recommend the four blocks to anyone looking to get away from the chaos of thailand.

Although we didnt stay here, we did have breakfast, and it was excellent. Excellent coffee, iced coffees, delicious food, attentive service.
