The 5ive Homestay House Rules
Welcome to The 5ive Homestay! We're delighted to host you. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay for all our guests, please kindly observe the following simple rules.
Arrival & Departure Times
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out: By 12:00 PM (Noon).

If you require check-in or check-out outside of these hours, please inform us in advance so we can assist you.
Respecting Our Space
- Be Energy Conscious: We value the environment and good value! Please help us conserve energy by turning off all lights and the air conditioner every time you leave your room.
- Keep it Quiet: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to respect your fellow guests' sleep.
- No Smoking (Tobacco or Cannabis): Our entire building, including all rooms and common areas, is a non-smoking area. This includes tobacco and cannabis. A designated outdoor smoking area is available for your convenience.
- No Parties/Events: The homestay is designed for quiet relaxation. Parties, loud gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.
- Registered Guests Only: Only the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation are allowed to stay overnight. We do not permit unregistered outside visitors in the rooms.
Bathroom Hygiene
** Please use the bathroom facilities properly. For the hygiene and consideration of all guests, please only use the toilet for urination. We kindly ask you to help maintain cleanliness after every use.
Safety & Care
- Cleanliness: We pride ourselves on being a clean and modern homestay. Please help us maintain the cleanliness of your room and the shared common areas.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to homestay property during their stay. Damages may incur a repair/replacement fee (up to a maximum of THB 3,000 as per property policy).
- Safety First: Illegal substances and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
