This place is upscale. We adored it. They were all booked up for the week we would have stayed. The room was excellent in every way and quite clean. Everything worked perfectly, including the hot shower in the bathroom. I probably had the best nights sleep of my entire trip because the bed and pillows were so cozy. A coffee shop and a gallery are located throughout the hotel, along with lovely antiques and original artwork. Our lunch was delicious and reasonably priced, and the restaurant served us incredibly well. Most importantly, the personnel was outstanding. It was wonderful that the front desk employee was so skilled at providing excellent customer service. And everything is close by, we can cross the bridge and walk into the old city in under 20 minutes.

The rooms are beautiful, the staff is friendly and polite, our 4yearold daughter loved them so much she cried when we left. We stayed in the Presidential suite, which has 2 toilets, a large soft bed, and tv that was made into ipad bed for us. For guests with babies and small children - please note that the hotel does not have an elevator and does NOT provide cots. Our 6monthold baby slept in bed with us, but other than that we really enjoyed our experience there.

The hotel has lovely decorations and the room is perfect. I stayed in the grand suite, which is a very spacious room and is quite comfortable for me. It was amazing to request bottled water all day. The room was immaculate. Without wearing slippers, i can walk into the apartment! Very kind staff, they are extremely helpful and friendly. They serve incredibly delicious breakfast with dozens of options. Particularly the Asian set, you should try it if you stay. When we check out, there is an extra gift. For me, this place exceeded my expectations.

It is a museum hotel. Chiang mais history can be seen in the pictures that they provide. Although there is no gym or pool, it is worthwhile to visit the hotel for its historical value.

I couldnt find anything wrong with this hotel. Ive stayed in hotels around the world for many nights, and most of them have been more expensive than the bridge price. The staff were extremely friendly, eager to please, focused on making our stay perfect. Very spacious room with lounge area and bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

The location is very convenient, and there are many delicious food around. The service staff are very polite, the breakfast is excellent for the price. Housekeeping is good. Every time i return to the room, it is. Very good, very strategic location, lots of delicious foods around, nice housekeeping.

The staff is amazing! Very friendly. The rooms are very spacious! Breakfast is delicious! Quite nice presentation. Should only be 4 stars because the elevator is missing! Lucky for me, im still young. But just think about elderly and wheelchair guests.

This hotel is fantastic! We recently stayed in this brandnew hotel for two wonderful nights. The room was beautifully decorated and had excellent bedding, good soundproofing, excellent lightobscuring curtains for truly dark nights, a lovely and functional bathroom, free minibar, and complimentary fruits. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent restaurants and massage parlors are all within walking distance. Finally, the entire hotel staff is really cordial. When compared to other hotels weve remained at in Thailand, this one offers outstanding value for the money i had initially hesitant to book because of the few reviews because the hotel was brand new, but ive highly recommend it.

This place is ideal. The interior design is very nice, the staff is attentive, and the rooms are clean. They serve delicious food. You have to climb stairs, but the beautiful interior makes it worthwhile.

My sister and i stayed at the bridge ab eclectic luxury hotel for our vacation and had an amazing experience. The service was excellent and we plan to stay here again when we visit again in the future. We were welcomed with drinks and were gracious enough to provide us with breakfast boxes when leaving for the airport. Thank you so much to the entire team!.

I reserved this room a day in advance during the peak season, late december, so it was pricier than usual. However, it turned out to be one of my favorite stays in chiang mai. We stayed one night and wish we could have remained another if it werent for the price. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, the tv was brand new smart telco, there were two sinks in the bathroom, and the shower was spacious and had good water pressure and hot water. They also use thann products, which we enjoyed incredibly. In Chiang Mai, we slept in many hotels, but this is the only hotel that has tea bags in its rooms that are finally not yellow lipton tea! There is onsite parking just around the corner from the hotel, making parking hasslefree. Breakfast was freshly prepared rather than rearranged for bbq instead, as it wasnt served buffetstyle, although it did taste delicious.

My experience at the bridge hotel was fantastic. The room, the service, and the cuisine were all excellent. Thai and burmese antiques were combined with modern midcentury decor. Excellent taste!.
