Room is clean and comfortable. This place is nearly community e.g San Chao market (in Thai is ตลาดศาลเจ้า), Walking street (On Saturday night), Ta Pee river (in Thai is แม่น้ำตาปี). You can take Tuk Tuk to everywhere in city.

I stayed here for one night before heading back home. The hotel is only a 30 minute car ride to the airport and is centrally located in Surat Thani. The hospital is nearby so you are a close walk away from plenty of street food vendors and a 711. I didn't see many restaurants when I was there but it was a Sunday so they could have been closed. The staff are friendly and the room was very clean. You have an option to eat breakfast there but it was closed when I stayed with them.

A relatively new establishment with modern basic facilities in excellent order. Comfortable bed and good shower. Helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Situated in a quiet soi just off the main road. No restaurant but a number available within walking distance. Complimentary tea and coffee and toast in the main foyer in the morning

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Centrino und es war hervorragend. Ein riesiges Zimmer mit großen Betten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und man hat sich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Klimaanlage war sehr leise und tadellos. Weiterhin ein riesiger Kühlschrank mit freiem Wasser. Wir hatten einen Balkon und einen tollen Sessel. Für den Preis unschlagbar! Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch wenn nicht alle super englisch verstanden, war es kein Problem.

The Centrino is an excellent hotel in most respects: clean, bright, rooms with most of the amenities that one would expect in a good 3-star hotel. The only problem is distance from downtown. (Go out to the main and flag down a tuk-tuk. Pay about 30-40 baht to the center of town.) Staff, like staff at most Thai 3-star hotels, would rather not have to deal with guests in Englis, and don't offer help. If asked, they will try to comply, but there is only so much they can do. Even with these minor problems I would happily book there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Centrino to friends.

I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are bug and clean. Very modern. There is a lift to all floors despite seeing some reviews which said there wasn't. The location is fantastic and there are great cheap places to eat just on the left hand side on the main road. A cool quirky coffee place in the lobby.

We stayed here for one night between travelling from Koh Samui to Krabi. The hotel was very clean, modern and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helped us to get to the local Mall for dinner by writing the destination down in Thai for us. There are shops around the hotel and a small snack bar and cafe inside the hotel. The local transport is very cheap so be careful not to get ripped off for being a tourist. If staying at this restaurant I would recommend a trip to the Mall for a wide variety of restaurant choice. Although there are not many tourist attractions in the area, I would recommend this hotel.

the Hotel itself was excelent: very nice staff, they booked for us the ferry for the next day to Ko Phangan. Very new and clean bedrooms..Free Wifi!!! The breakfast at first's floor café was delicious. The bad point is that near there are just one seven eleven and another mini market, no restaurants available near the hotel. (the café at the hotel is open until 5 pm)

wir waren nur 1 Nacht als Zwischenstop. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen kurzen Gasse nur ca.100m v.der Hauptstraße entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig u.preisgünstig. Großer Kühlschrank. Warmwasser im Bad (Dusche)Balkon u.angenehme Betten. Neben der Rezeption gibt es ein kleines Cafe wo man auch frühstücken kann (nicht includiert) sowie einen kleineren Aufenthaltsraum. Vom Surathani Airport fährt ein Shuttelbus in die Stadt und wenn man sagt man will beim dem Hotel aussteigen so bleibt er an der Hauptstraße stehen ud man geht über die Straße visavis in die kleine Gasse wo sich das Hotel befindet. Ist recht praktisch. Zur Weiterfahrt in den Khao Sok Nationalpark bekamen wir den Tip vom Hotel auf die Hauptstraße raus und links auch ca.100 m bis zu einem kleinen Bookshop dort werden die Tickets für den Bus verkauft und man wartet dort auf den nächsten Minibus. An der Straße befinden sich kleinere Garküchen wo wir abends gegessen haben.Für uns war allein schon wegen der guten Verbindung zum Naionalpark das Hotel gut gelegen. So eraprten wir uns die Fahrt zu einem Busbahnhof.Hat alles super geklappt.

For the price I paid I did not have great expectations but the hotel is almost new, very modern, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, the hotel is about 10 minutes by taxi from the centre of Surat Thani and like most people I was only there for an overnight stay, the surrounding neighbourhood was nothing to get excited about, definitely a taxi into town if you want a nice restaurant or bar but I would recommend it highly, I looked at a couple of other hotels in the town centre and they did not compare at all to the Centrino.
