Ill undoubtedly stay here again during the next quarantine. You should know that if youve traveled to Thailand during the couid pandemic, you have been required to remain in quarantine at a hotel by the government. I chose the Green Bells hotel. A war of quarantine is never pleasant. I was a little concerned about my journey and contacted the hotel multiple times. They always replied right away and were very pleasant. You must pass screening and a paper work check on the day I got to the hotel and are then required to download a health app and add the hotel online so they can communicate with you. Also, you will be given a handout explaining the entire quarantine. It caused a little confusion because my flight was delayed. Stella was there to talk with me and help me with the problems. She speaks excellent English and is dedicated to helping the customers. She spoke straight to me and even called my several times to make sure everything was alright and if I required anything. Because Stella is so friendly and prepared to help, I would suggest this hotel. Excellent service to clients. The hotel offers three meals a day, and guests may choose that meal from a menu a day in advance. The entire process is coordinated, from couid testing to housekeeping. My only change would be the inclusion of microwaves in the rooms. You may want to reheat foods

We did our green bells, no big expectations, after all this is a quarantine, but thanks to the great manager and all hotel staff who were very helpful and thoughtful, quarantine was less stressful. We were very happy and happy with our stay, despite the quarantine situation being very stressful. Definitely a winner, next time we have to go to another place. Thanks to the excellent manager and all hotel staff who are very helpful and thoughtful, we will come again.

The staff is extremely friendly and extremely attentive to all my questions she was amazing. If you want a nice and friendly stay, stay here. Luckily time went by really quickly thanks to the staff and stellar. :The staff is very friendly and attention to all my questions is very great. I suggest staying here if you want to have a nice and friendly stay. Fortunately the staff and the service were great. I appreciate them., the staff is so kind and attentive to my questions, their kind hospitality and care makes me feel comfortable to live here.

I was quarantined for 14 days but it was still fine so it was a pleasant place to stay. I really appreciate stellar help me with everything I need. I will definitely return. Thank you so much, especially to the stellar team. The atmosphere here was amazing. In the restaurant, I can feel safe and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. I will visit again. Good service, I really appreciate everything.. Thank you very much. Very good place to stay. In the beginning, I wish I could say thank you so much to stellar.

lokasinya agak terlalu jauh dengan transportasi BTS/MRT sehingga kemana-mana harus menggunakan bus/grab car. namun pelayanannya sangat ramah dan kamarnya juga bersih, sayangnya kamar mandi di tempat saya menginap bocor sehingga airnya kemana-mana dan airnya juga terlalu kecil.
