Secara keseluruhan bagus. Jacuzzinya tidak begitu bersih tapi masih berfungsi dengan baik. Lokasinya menarik, depan Segar City. Jalan kaki saja.

Hotel ini terlihat seperti hotel biasa, namun kamarnya luas. Worth it dengan harga RM 350 untuk 2 tempat tidur queen. Saya sangat puas dengan kamar saya. Kami memiliki 4 anak dan sangat puas. Sarapannya oke. Sudah lama sampai puas. Secara keseluruhan, paling puas.

The toilet smells. Please clean toilet room 212. Looks like an old hotel but comfortable. Free parking around the hotel. The amenities are just so. Breakfast is good. Would like to stay again but without smelling toilet of course.

Even though i only stayed for one night, i had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and i didnt smell any stuffy smell. The staff was all friendly. I should have booked 3 nights at this hotel, but i regret staying at tasik villa international resort for the first 2 nights. I know both hotels are owned by the same owner but different management. Thank you to the team at the guest hotel, keep up the good work. Tasik villa is definitely under poor maintenance, dont give it a 5 star hotel.

A charming boutique hotel experience Our stay at the boutique hotel was delightful. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the room itself was lovely. We reserved a deluxe king room for two nights, and the bed was notably large compared to other standard king beds. Despite being a little small, the room felt perfectly adequate. The managements thoughtful use of aromatherapy oils in the room enhanced the overall pleasant atmosphere. However, there was one drawback. Despite hanging the do not disturb sign, a staff member attempted to enter our room for cleaning. When questioned, he explained his intention, but it left us feeling a little uneasy. Apart from that, the hotel is pleasant. Its central location in the city center is convenient, although reaching the nearest beach may take about 10-15 minutes. As for parking, there are plenty of open spaces in front of the hotel, but it is a public parking lot without dedicated security.

The hotel is in a good location for where we wanted to go. We booked a twin deluxe room and got a decent room. Pleasant and clean. However, there was a slight stuffy smell in our room. Not sure what it was. Could be dampness. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you.

I'll go with the good side first- this hostel/dorm is quite clean. Now to the bad experience I had.. The receptionist is VEEEERRRRYYY to the top RUDE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was thinking maybe jus a "bad day probably for her", but then the next day still unprofessional and she talks like she's irritated when you ask her questions (e.g wifi). As much as I wanted to recommend the hotel, I don't think I will ever book it ever again. If you'll stay in Krabi for maybe 1 night not talking to any of the staff asking for help, then maybe.. But the staff is just RUDE. Good thing I immediately left the next day. Anyway, I hope the management will improve their service.. I mean, it doesn't cost anything to be nice.
