Had a great stay at this hotel. When I lost my passport during my stay they were extremely helpful with everything in trying to help me retrieve it. The room was pretty nice, a bit tired but nothing to complain about. Bathroom was good and shower was partitioned off which I always have to look for in Thailand. The hotel is a bit tucked away down an alley, but there are a few small local restaurants on your way to the main road that I enjoyed very much, and once you get to the main road a 7/11 right on the corner surrounded by a bunch of different street food. A little bit of a walk to get to the nightlife, but easy to get meter taxis or even motorbike taxis. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Номер, в котором мы остановились, был достаточно просторным, балкон можно было использовать как еще одну комнату. В номере было чисто. Единственный недостаток - не было чайника. Завтраки были в соседнем отеле - буфет. Рядом с отелем два метро - Surasak и Chong Nonsi. Мы остались довольны отелем, при случае остановимся там снова.

If you are looking for a budget hotel in the heart of Bangkok, then this will do the job. At the beginning they assigned a room in which the illumination and WIFI were a bit irritating, but they were happy to assign me another room. The room contained the basics (fridge, A/C, towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, drinking glasses, two free bottles of water everyday), but no coffee, tea, or other utensils. The reception has a fridge which contains soft drinks and they also have some varieties of ice cream. You can order coffee, tea, or other food from the reception, but it's much cheaper if you buy from outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I have read many reviews about noise, I stayed in the first floor and I didn't suffer from such problem. Overall it was nice experience, but again once you get into your room you have to check everything is working well, especially A/C and WIFI.

夜は暗い道なので女性だけのグループは少し怖いと感じるかも。ツアーのタクシードライバーが迎えに来ることができないホテルでした。少しわかりづらい場所だと思います。

I have ended up living here the staff may come across rude but they are not they are understaffed under paid and left with so many problems the hotel is great value big size room for the money if your looking for a nice room to relax you will struggle to find bigger room than this only problem is you book online head office never check how many rooms are available so you could get lucky and get upgraded for free or you could book there other hotel and pay 3 times the price and get this is what the staff deal with for a 18p a hour salary i will recommend this hotel to anyone and enjoy your stay
