When im in bangkok, this is the place i always stay. Its like coming home, in fact. Everyone is incredibly kind and goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is wonderful. The rooms are roomy, the gym, hot tub, sauna, and the staff are all quite amazing. Fantastic atmosphere! If you want an exceptional experience at a reasonable price, i heartily suggest it. The hotel is good for a few nights. The rooms are large, but some of the rooms have very old furniture. Coffee making facilities are available, but no coffee or tea provided and no 7-11 nearby. Friendly helpful staff. The biggest problem with this place is that it is in a remote location from any major road, with no convenience stores nearby, and it is about a 15-20 minute walk from the main sukhumvit road. There is a free tuk service, but it stops at 7.00 pm which is very early for Bangkok. Your only option apart from this tuk is to call a batt as there is almost no traffic in the narrow soi outside the hotel. Conclusion if you like a quiet place, check the room beforehand so you can get an updated one.

I'm so happy with the hotel. Nice bedroom with separate living room. Good price in the city center. Very close to Emporium and EmQuartier. Especially the hotel is pet friendly. There is dog park on rooftop. Thank you very much for letting my dog in.

The hotel is in a quit location off the Sukhumvit between two BTS stations. The hotel has a free tuk tuk shuttle to both BTS stations and a Big C supermarket. The staff speak good English and were extremely friendly and helpful.

ホテルは綺麗ですし、お部屋も広く、スタッフの方々も笑顔で親切で可愛らしくて大変満足しています。難を言えば駅から少し離れている事と道がわかりにくい事ですが、電話で対応してくれたり、Expediaを介してのメールにもすぐに返信して下さるので困る事はありませんでした。トゥクトゥクで駅近くまで送迎サービスがあるのでとっても便利なんですが夜7時までなのでもう少し遅くまでやってたら嬉しいのになぁと思いました。

Friendly staffs. The location is a little bit far from the BTS station but the free tuk tuk service provided by the hotel is convenient for tourists go in and out. The room size is large and the room is clean as well.

Very comfortable even if basic apartments close to sukhumvit, very polite and helpful staff and free tuk service for the neighborhood. The apartment has a small kitchen and cookware. They also come with washing machine. Perfect for a stay of one week or two, or even longer. Very good value for the money.

The apartments are well furnished, clean, practical, and appealing to the eye. There is also parking, which was convenient for us. If you want a small apartment rather than a hotel, this place is better than most! Its difficult to find and to get to as there are small narrow roads with only the occasional passing place for cars to pass through. However, once there, the place is indeed very pleasant and well worth the journey. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The price is quite high for the services you get. You can get more affordable rates near hotels / service apartments. There is no swimming pool. The interior needs refurbishment. The building is well maintained. The terrace has a view of skyscrapers. Pet friendly definitely.

The hotel staff, reception, and cleaners are all very friendly and helpful. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the nearest convenience store, but the hotel does provide a tuktuk to take you there and to the nearest bts station phorom phong from 7 am to 7 pm. It is quite convenient to travel around for food and shopping with the bts station. I really enjoyed my 6 days there, especially with the space of the bedroom, living room, and pantry. A washing machine is provided in my room, which is very convenient for a family especially with children. Clean and nice place to stay.

Kamarnya keren dan besar, nyaman, stafnya hebat, Anda dapat membawa hewan peliharaan Anda dengan biaya tambahan. Insulasi suara yang bagus. Ada layanan untuk mengantar tamu langsung ke metro. Ada banyak restoran enak di dekatnya dan pusat perbelanjaan besar sangat dekat. Dek atapnya indah. Minusnya bukan jacuzzi) atau lebih tepatnya, tidak seperti itu, untuk mengambil air seseorang datang, memasukkan selang dan mandi) tidak ada keran atau penyesuaian untuk jacuzzi. Hanya baskom dengan tekanan air yang sangat kuat. Dan disana juga ada sauna yang tidak berfungsi, juga tidak jelas apa yang terjadi.

Small hotel and serviced apartments in a quiet location near bts and offers shuttle service. Nice rooftop for dogs to play. The staff are all very friendly, friendly and helpful. I will be back in December for a longer stay. Older rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. Next time i will stay in a deluxe room with doors to close between light area and bedroom and more modern. Small gym room with few machines and jacuzzi. Its useful to have a washing machine in the room.

The only negative thing is that there are no stores or food nearby. You have to go to the Phrom Phong bts area to get everything. They offer free tuk service from 9 am to 7 pm. After that, if you need to go out, you have to walk 20 minutes to Phrom Phong bts or 15 minutes to thong lo bts. When you return, you can take a motorbike ride for 20 baht to the hotel. I have enjoyed my total of 22 nights there because of their excellent service.

The rooms appear a bit old and rustic, but for the price it is fine as long as you need just a place to sleep in a quiet room with a decent mattress.

If you have pets and dont mind the old room, i would give it a try. The onebedroom has a nice, comfortable space for 1-2 people living with a bathtub. The best part is that they are a pet friendly hotel, you pay 2 k for your pet and yay, they are living with you. If you have a car, it is easy to get to, but there is no parking. Its very cramped, can park 3-4 cars max. There are also no 7/11 or cafes nearby, you have to walk for at least 15 minutes. If you enjoy walking like i do, sure, but i sweated a lot, so it wasnt good for hot weather.
