Everything at the Hotel was awesome, it is beautiful and clean and all of the staff "Excluding 1" was friendly, professional and made us feel so happy and welcome. The only staff member that made my wife and I feel uncomfortable was the Hotel Manager. He made my wife feel very uncomfortable by the way he would just stand at the end of our breakfast table staring at her, asking some very intrusive questions in which I had to say several times as polite as possible that we would like to continue eating and then he reached across the table "reaching over our plates of food to pick up a dirty napkin. A napkin that he could have just left where it was since we were still eating. When we were done eating, I had to ask another staff member who he was thinking he was a bus boy or something like that. I was shocked to hear he was the hotel manager, It wasn't until my 2nd stay in 2 months that he did it once again, with the same weird stares, the weird conversations that I had to inform the front desk that my wife and I were not happy with him or his strange demeanor. Hopefully he will retire soon because I would love to come back because everyone was awesome and yes, they remembered my wife and I which was awesome, but please tell him not to hover over the female guests.

Beautiful rooms, lovely grounds. Had the best massage at the spa: my masseuse could read my body and knew how to tailor the treatment accordingly. A minor quibble, but the bed pillows are enormous and firmly overstuffed, which I found uncomfortable. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Vi har haft et dejligt ophold, flot stort værelse, rigtig gode senge har sovet super, personale super hjælpsomme og venlige, vi spiste på restaurant 2 aftner maden var fantastisk og morgenmaden 👍😊 vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

I absolutely loved staying in this hotel! It was so elegant, location by the river was beautiful, breakfast was good, they even had Khanom Krok for breakfast. Never had that anywhere in Thailand, very nice little detail. My room was big, beautiful and clean, staff was friendly and welcoming, garden so beautiful.

Perfect stay. The ground is beautiful overlooking the river. The food is good. They have great staffs that take care of you. They have free bike for use and they took care of the moped rental.

Alt var godt omkring værelse og personale. Personalet var virkelig søde🙏 Dog synes vi generelt at der var for mange træer i haven og omkring poolen. Svært at finde sol.

Väldigt trevlig personal och fin lugn miljö. Bra restaurang med vacker utsikt över floden. Ett hotell i thailändsk stil. Enkelt att boka utflykter via lobbyn. Önskar jag stannat ett par dagar till så jag även kunde provat spela golf. Får bli nästa gång.

The natural environment stood out. I felt at peace with the well maintained greenery. The river view was amazing to see while eating breakfast. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast buffet.

We arrived early at the hotel and we were able to checkin earlier after a short waiting time. The room was lovely and well equipped. The shower was huge and there were tools for a thai bath. The hotel location is calm and the garden is beautiful with water. The restaurant and food were good with a lot of choice. Disappointing was the cold water in the pool. Only 10 minutes walk from the hotel is a vanilla farm, where we made an appointment for a tour.

Exzellente Hotelanlage im Bungalowstil. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, ergänzt um eine Terrasse. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage am Fluss ist das Stadtzentrum ziemlich entfernt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, aber Teetrinker müssen, wie in so vielen Restaurants, leiden.

It was out-dated room a bit but in a good way for me. Something that makes you feel like traveling back in time in Chaing Rai. the GM Eric and all staffs are so kind and friendly. Their hospitality mind just out of the wolrd for this price point. I never had any breakfast with live thai traditional music before and I can see all the attention to details for creating such a nice ambience to the place. Magical ! Thank you for the experience
