저희는 신행으로 간건데 가족단위로 놀러온 사람들이 많았어요 객실과 수영장이 가까워서 애들 꺄르륵거리는 소리에 잠에서 깨더라구요 조식때 만타?레스토랑은 객실넘버를 물어보는데 좀 당황스럽더라구요 의심하는건가? 어디 체크하는것도 아니면서요 흠 더운지방이라서 벌레들 날아다니는 건 조금 감수해야합니다 미니바에서 드시지마시고 리조트내 기념품샵에 음료랑 과자 팔아요 체크아웃 후에 캐리어보관도 가능합니다 트래블로그(하나은행) 체크카드 결제도 되니까 환전수수료 아끼려면 하나머니로 충전해서 결제하세요

The hotel is very family friendly. The splash park is great for kids and the swim up rooms are brilliant. The buffet breakfast selection was huge and delicious, so much choice. Would definitely stay here again. Close to shops and restaurants

Most amazing hotel, my little girl loved it. The soft play was her favourite! The kids area in the swimming pool was amazing too! So much to do, we were at the end of our 4 week trip around Thailand and so we just stayed in hotel and enjoyed it for the whole week, never got bored! The food was amazing, and the sunsets at the restaurant by the beach was gorgeous! Only downside is the yoga classes are in a room next to the games room, and so for more than half of the yoga class we had to listen to kids screaming and also looking into the room, so being shy it can be off putting. A hotel we stayed in in koh Samui did their classes in the mornings by the pool outdoors early morning whilst breakfast just began, which is just a thought that maybe the hotel should consider theirs in the giant garden by the lake. My daughter loved feeding the fish! Would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Khao Lak!

From we arrived you could the quality of The Sands, it's beautifully laid out with manicured lawns, water features and a large fish pond. We had a swim up room which was large, clean and very comfortable, the only downside of the room was that the terrace was in the shade for the majority of the day, if you want one of these rooms request one that has sun most of the day. The site is almost split in two with quieter side that had an adult only pool and family pool with bar, then the other side has a mini water park for the kids with a number slides, fun water play and a lazy river. At breakfast there's a great choice catering to all nationalities and tastes, we didn't eat at the hotel at night but speaking to people who had it sounded very good. The staff are fantastic, always polite and friendly, nothing is to much trouble. Whether you want a family holiday, with plenty to entertain the kids, or a restful time from work or touring Thailand then The Sands is a great choice

Stort hotell som känns lyxigt. Superfint poolområde speciellt för barnfamiljer är det perfekt med alla åkattraktioner. Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi trivdes verkligen. Besöker gärna igen. Bra läge också.

The Staff were wonderful, the room (2Adults and 2 Children was spacious) We had a king sized bed and the children had a day bed and roll out trundle bed. The facilities were geeat - my children did not want to get out of the pool and enjoyed the lazy river!!!! Once you know some shortcuts, it cuts the walkinv time down to not much!!!! Food quality was good and I enjoyed my breakfast every morning. Great stay and would do it again!

Dejligt resort. Gode aktiviteter for børn i alle aldre. Skønne værelser, gode senge som bliver gjort klar lige efter dit personlige ønske. Servicen er helt i top…og man kan bestille alt via the sands app. Dette var 2 gang vi besøgte the sands. Alt i alt, et resort der ikke skuffer - ej heller morgen buffeten 😉

Excellent stay and excellent staff. Very clean property and great facilities. Food was also great. It was great especially for families. I also want to name Katy ( Surangpinong) from Talay Restaurant. She was excellent. Friendly, super efficient and helpful. She is great. Our daughter and we loved her. Her services are outstanding and she was so friendly to our daughter. All staff was so friendly. From cleaning staff to restaurant staff and reception. Gearhene (I dont know if it is correct) was also very helpful with assisting to print out a document. Thank you so much.
