I give this hotel 5 stars for customer service and communication. They assured me that the staff would help with luggage and answered my questions promptly and amiably. I ended up finding a serviced apt. Since this is a long trip, i have booked this hotel for future visits, as i travel continuously and recommend it to other nomads and clients. I love the location of this hotel, just a few steps to the bts and a 12 to 15 minute walk to stellar shopping centers. The room i saw was quite small but had everything you need and the large windows gave a more open feeling. It also looks exactly like the photos. The hotel is new which is great!.

Masalah terakhir adalah saya tidak dapat menggunakan kartu kredit saya. Saya harus pergi ke stasiun dan menukar uang yang tidak perlu. Kamar pertama yang saya lihat memiliki rel tirai yang rusak. Kamar sebelah yang saya lihat memiliki lampu kamar yang rusak. Air di kamar mandi tidak mengalir dengan baik dan jika saya tidak menggunakan airnya, airnya akan meluap ke kamar. Saat hujan, air di toilet naik dan tidak bisa digunakan. Pemandangannya tidak bagus. Saya pikir staf melakukan yang terbaik untuk bersikap baik dan bermanfaat. Namun karena dia tidak bertanggung jawab, tanggapannya hanya bersifat sementara.
