I like tiptopthai house because it's green and cozy and there are no terrace mattresses like others places, and it's in such a good location. Dang, noi and Tan are so kind and friendly, I really felt like I was staying with family, and the prices are very reasonable given what you get and where. It's perfect for a budget traveler like me because it's strategically located close to norman, ask, Santhitam, and other fantastic areas, and it also has a communal kitchen and fridge.

Having a nice experience at this place, I hope I can continue to stay at this place again. This is not a guest house but a second home, in the late dang and noi brother and sister pair decided to convert their 50 yr old Chiang Mai family home into a lovely guesthouse, complete with hardwood floors, impeccable rooms, teak gazebos, and open kitchens with all the appliances you could want.

When we arrived from the us to travel with our adult son for a few weeks, we knew that we would be living at the tiptopthai house for a year, so we made the wise decision to reserve a suite there. But it went more than we had anticipated. A memorable and heartwarming experience that had become like our second home. It is on a tailback street of small guest houses, cafes, and boutiques in the old walled city of Chiang Mai, which reminded us a little bit of our historic neighborhood in New York, although much quieter. Its a tranquil oasis of peaceful gardens that opens out from a narrow entrance laden with tropical vegetation and filled with family art and beautiful handcrafts. We stayed in a modest twobedroom suite on the second level rear, complete with a private shower and toilet, an air conditioner, a comfortable bed, an ample closet, a desk, and an armchair. The spacious open air studio area on a kind of mezzanine level was ideal for yoga, reading, or socializing on a daily basis. There are also comfortable private seating areas on the entry level, so those who are inclined have the best chance to meet interesting, welltravelled visitors from all over the world. The water pump noise was my only issue, but it was entirely beyond the managers control and we chose to pay for it because

The place is far from everything. The place is located in a quiet street in Chiang Mai. The place is a bit out of the way. The décor of this place is very different from the locals in Thailand. There is an enormous wooden jungle hut raised above the kitchen garden. Tan, the owner, is very kind and helps in all things. The room is very modern, the design of the furniture is very high quality. The surrounding area is very peaceful.

Tiptopthai is a lovely and pleasant stay in Chiang Mais most pleasant neighborhood. When we traveled from the us to spend a few weeks there with our adult son, we made the decision to reserve a suite there because it was their former private residence. It is situated on a backstreet lined with small guest houses, cafes, and boutiques in the old walled city of Chiang Mai, which reminded us a little bit of our historic district in New York, but it is much quieter. It is a serene oasis of quiet gardens that opens out from a narrow entrance, which is wrenched in tropical vegetation. We had a tiny two-room suite on the second floor rear that had a private bathroom, toilet, air conditioning, a comfortable bed, a sizable closet, a desk, and an armchair. I regularly utilized a large open air studio space in the form of a mezzanine level that was designed for yoga, reading, and socializing. There are also comfortable private seating areas on the entry level, so those who are inclined can get a chance to connect with interesting, welltraveled visitors from all over the world. The only downside was that the water pump noise was not quite hot enough to my liking. It was a very chilly January, so a steaming hot shower would have been pleasant, and
