This place is located in the middle of the city and close to all the tourist attractions, including restaurants. The condition of the room was very old, the ceiling is thin, and the sounds from the higher floor can bother us to sleep better. This place is green and refreshing, however, the room is limited and a bit more expensive if you go on a peak season. However, Thai food is very good and reasonably priced. Recommended to book a room on the highest floor because the ceiling is very thin. And the noise from the higher floor can disturb our sleep.

A room with a large window overlooking the river at the back of the property is just nice. There is no elevator to access the second floor rooms so if you are traveling with those who need one, request a grounded room. Breakfast is served above the lobby area, it's nothing fancy but it's good.

Overall, this should not cost 800 usd! We reserved a family room for two nights for almost 800 usd, but given what we received, we will not return. We stayed on the ground floor, be aware of anyone traveling with children or the elderly because it is quite difficult to ascend, particularly between and to the ground floor where there is no handrail and is rather steep. There are several floor steps in the room, such as between the living room, the toilet, the balcony, and so on. Again, not for the elderly. Yet, the room itself is very nicely furnished, stylistic, and well maintained. Also, the view from the room is very pleasant, with a river view that is pretty tranquil. We had to order breakfast on the first day, which was a la carte. We arrived at the restaurant at 8.30 am, but it took nearly 45 minutes to get breakfast, which included dim sum and soup. There was a boiled rice buffet every day, and rice was extremely chilly. The staff was welcoming and service-minded, but there may be some training that we had to request again and again for the same.

We booked for a small garden type room for one night. The room was clean and well presented, with a small private pool. This place is worth the money. A lovely Peach River runs through the back of this. But the kitchen closes a bit too early 730 i. I.

Imagine coming to paradise, this place is exactly that. It's beautiful in one word. Small musical style houses are designed on the river bank and completely covered in trees. We as foreigners only suffered from the staff's lack of English proficiency and difficulty explaining what we wanted. We chose the large bird room, which was very large and adjacent to the river stream. The room was comfortable, especially connected speakers that can be connected to your device. Breakfast was fine, but could have been better.
