ソンテウの停車場から3分ほど歩くので交通の便はよくないです。しかし、その分、静かでのんびりステイできます。ファイヤーショウはありませんが、ホテルのレストランから他のお店のファイヤーショウがみられます。レストランの料理とカクテルはとても美味しかったです！部屋からのオーシャンビューは素晴らしかったです。

Det er andre gang vi besøker Vimarnsamed, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Lekkert resort som ligger for seg selv. God mat og drikke serveres her. Personalet her er vennlig og vi ble kjent igjen av dem som var her da vi har her sist. Eneste å usette, er at de unge i service står og sitter med fjeset i mobilen ved første mulighet. Det gjør at deres oppmerksomhet til gjestene forsvinner. Kanskje sistnevnte er et gjennomgående problem med unge i 2025?

Really lovely stay here. Room was perfect with nice balcony overlooking the sea. The resort is well maintained with a cute pool and bar area. Restaurant was great although the breakfast was just okay nothing special.

サメット島でこちらのホテルで二泊しました。一泊目はバンガロータイプ。そして二泊目はビラタイプ。どちらの部屋からも海が見えて景色は最高です。自然が豊かですので虫や爬虫類が出てきますがそれでもリゾート感たっぷりです。

Extra special location on a point between beaches, with 2 completely different weather patterns on each side. One side can be calm and warm; while the other might be cool, windy and wavy. The amazing pool site has views out both sides of the point. So spectacular you might spend way more time hanging out by the pool than you planned for. I’m a repeat guest because of the location, great new pool location and beautiful Thai buildings. It was starting to get run down a bit, but fresh repainting and other new maintenance work is making it nicer and nicer. Really a special feeling staying here! Before, the breakfast was poor, with broken and chipped dishes- but now, it’s much improved and everything is nicer! Samet’s BEST breakfast setting under the shade of the trees at the water’s edge!! Virtually all the bungalows have ocean views. Either side of the point is nice but the north facing bungalows practically over the water really really make you appreciate that “being in on island” feeling. It’s a bit inconvenient to walk to, but worth it!! I think the restaurant is over-priced for the quality, but great location on the water’s edge with views back towards the beach. With the continuing improvements, you’ll love staying here.

Amazing hidden gem. We have been to Samet several times over the last 13 years and know to expect the things that come with being on a tropical island (bugs, sand etc). The room was clean ( dated) and serviced daily. The view from all units appear great. We were in family suite 4 which had perfect views every day. Staff is friendly. Breakfast does the job. Coffee was not that great, but still ok. 10/10 will be coming back. Dinner at the restaurant is perfection. Great food while eating right over top of the water. This part of Koh Samet is windy which is great as it keeps the temperature down and the sweat to a minimum. All rooms are a quick walk to the pool or beach.

Vimarn samed resort terletak di pantai aow wong duen. Resor ini terletak dekat dengan pantai. Ada kapal yang langsung menuju pantai ambo wongduen. Jadi turun dari kapal, jalan 5 menit, langsung sampai di resort ini. Lokasi bagus dengan harga yang murah. Dekat dengan pantai, jalan kaki menit. Jadi kapanpun mau ke pantai bisa dan mudah staffnya ramah, sarapannya lumayan lumayan, ada wifi gratis. Anda dapat menyewa motor untuk berkeliling ke pantai lain. Pinus menu sarapan sama setiap hari. Layar harus tunai, tidak bisa kartu kredit.

Although the pictures didn't look good, they must have been taken many years ago. We enjoyed the soft cushions. There is no English to the mattress, and it wasn't just firm. The WiFi functioned fine. The shower floor was like extremely curled sandpaper in the bathtub, and the walls were damaged. A little bigger was required to make a room for two people to stand and enter. When we arrived early in the wrong time, the front desk staff seemed pleased to inform us that we would have to wait two to three hours for the room to be prepared. The pool was off-duty and as green! Bad green! Our preferred reason for choosing this hotel was because it had a pool! It was a queer, soiled feel on our hands as the beach towels were a strange fabric. By the way, the ocean was littered with garbage, not the hotel's mistake, but it is worthy of caution. Cold eggs were served for breakfast! However, I was given two hot ones when I inquired! Our evening meal, which we enjoyed on a balcony with a view of the ocean, was in a lovely location on a deck. One dish was mistaken and one was absent, and it took an hour to substitute it and then the other wasn't available. After that, we didn't want to request a replacement dish.
